ReplyDeleteLol.Oga Rufai,you heard Stella,pick a struggle.
ReplyDeleteHe used the word "many" invariably he was referring to some of those calling for restructuring not all . So there is no contradiction there. If you watched him on channels last week , he wants restructuring too, he supported the creation of state police, decongesting the exclusive list in the constitution, devolution of power to the states, changing the revenue sharing formula. According to him restructuring is in the manifestoes of APC. ...Josephine the great
ReplyDeleteMost of the elements you've in the APC speak from both sides of the mouth. They are pro a cause as long as it serves their narrow interests and suddenly switches position if they perceive their interests will not be served. It was OK to restructure under the last administration when he was a nobody and not now that he's a state governor.
ReplyDeleteMumu man always typing thrash
ReplyDeleteNo Madam Stella, you are getting it all wrong. Based on the two headlines, I don't think the man is contradicting himself. In the newspaper he advocated for restructuring and in the latter statement, he said SOME OF THOSE calling for restructuring are irresponsible. First he did not say all those calling for restructuring are irresponsible. He said some of them. Secondly, he is not opposing restructuring, but some of those who are calling for it now. The reason for his describing them as irresponsible is another issue entirely.
ReplyDeleteYour school fees no waste. Correct anony.

DeleteApc Liars on defending spree
DeleteStella, there's really no contradiction, if our assessment is based on the headlines alone. To say that many people who are clamouring for restructuring are opportunists doesn't necessarily mean Mr El Rufai does not support restructuring himself. To my mind, the point he is making is that some of the advocate for restructuring are motivated by parochial interest rather than true patriotism. I'm not Mr El Rufai's can but I think he's right. Whether he is not an opportunist himself remains an open question...
ReplyDeleteYou smart 👍💪
DeleteWe are going based on headlines.
Until we read the full test of his interview before we will know of he's against restructuring or not. But Base on headline, he is not speaking against restructuring but against some of the people who are advocating for it.
Thanks dear for this your comment
