      They eat organic and are physically active - farmers, petty trading, hawking, plan wine tapping etc. Note that once they get less active they usually fall sick. As your level of your physical activity is altered your diet should change accordingly. That's one thing we urban dwellers dont get we want to eat starchy food and sit on a desk doing 9-5 and look healthy. #isokay #olowogbogboro will do it

    If I tell u guys that Ebube has ever bleached in her life and neither had she changed a cream in the last 10 years or so, u guys will shout U are lying but that's the real truth. This is not Ebube but somebody that has worked with Ebube for a good number of years. Maybe one of these days, I will tell u the name of the cream she uses but that will be a free advert for the product. But no day passes without Ebube having a cup of smoothie first thing in the morning whether she feels like it or not. Guys try that every morning for 1 month and tell me how ur skin looks. just thought I should put u guys out of ur misery. Enough with this bleach already. I don't have anything against bleachers. Ur money, ur body!!!!!
