Enh they should make it official language na since its that one that is doing them. I want to see how they will force us to learn the language. Whether they will make us all go to school again and force illiterate market women in the riverine area to learn hausa.
DeleteShebi una want ONE NIGERIA? LOL. I pity people who think they can ever be one with Hausa dem.
DeleteCan't wait for 2019 to vote out this Apc

Seems to me u can't simply comprehend a joke.
DeleteSerious Naija people
Now can we have Biafra? So if I chose to be in Nigeria, I'll know I'm an international resident
ReplyDeleteWe will definitely have Biafra. Delay is NEVER denial.

ReplyDeleteBetter be a joke.
ReplyDeleteEach time I think about the issues that have been bedeviling us lately, William Yeats' "the second coming" just comes to mind.
ReplyDeleteSigh
Turning and turning in a widening gyre
DeleteThe falcon cannot hear the falconer
Things fall apart, the center cannot hold
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world

ReplyDeleteFunny man!
ReplyDeleteHausa is a beautiful language though, but it can't be forced down anyone's throat.
I love all Nigerian languages.there is beauty in every tribe and language, why can't people see that?
Embrace only your language if you choose to, but leave people and their tribes ALONE!
So funny I forgot to laugh
ReplyDeleteLMAO...aboki minini?
ReplyDelete55555555555. Joke of the century.
ReplyDeleteSmh. What rubbish!
ReplyDeleteIt really would be nice to speak Hausa. It's a lovely language, and sounds musical. Also, especially since it's made most 'Igbos' successful in your northern states, which causes you guys grief. On the other hand, making Hausa language the official language, here in Nigeria, ain't gonna happen. Not even with the whole arm of government being Hausa. But hey bro, you're free to dream on. Just don't wake up, because you're probably not ready for reality. Ekene kwa'm unu
ReplyDeleteMost of you keep complaining about no jobs but it is sad you can't comprehend simple issues. Can you guys not see the sarcasm up there? Hian!!
DeleteAnon 20:05 exactly. its pure sacarsm
DeleteAnon 20:05; Anon 22:31.....Thank you. And that's the major problem in this country. Too many educated illiterate who cannot interpret what they read. So many of them on this blog. Always discriminating and tribalising issues.
DeleteOde,dunce.Just because you stay in the north, you think everyone speaks hausa?Leave your desert and go to other places then you would know watsup.Olodo rapata
ReplyDeleteYour face looks like mgbolu, and most of the food you eat comes from the 'desert' abi

ReplyDeleteThese days some people just๐ get high on nothing,๐ง wonders what will make one think like๐ this high ๐ญjust on in nothing.๐๐๐
ReplyDeleteYea sure, some are born to rule while the rest are born to learn Hausa...
ReplyDeleteWelcome to Northgeria...
Now this is why my mother speaks only Efik with the cobblers/shoe menders. I complained once and she told me to mind my business as they force everyone to learn their language in their land. It works for her she but it's headache inducing watching her interact with them
ReplyDeleteMadness dey naija
ReplyDeleteIt's pure sacarsm abeg.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful language ko, parasite language ni. A president disappears for 100 days, on our money, then instead of reappearing, sends a tribalistic message in hausa? Nonsense and rubbish.
ReplyDeleteThe political climate is way too tense, people aren't in the mood to sniff out sarcasm or humour from comments on political issues. It doesn't help too, when we have instigators like Reno Omokri fanning the embers of discord. He, of all people, should know the improbability and impracticability of Saddiq Ibrahim's statement. Far be it for Reno not to cash in on the slightest opportunity to attack the present government. Reno can be very petty at times and unnecessarily so.
ReplyDelete
I deliberately stay away from posts on politics and religion because of the sensitive nature and how heated the arguments can get, but I just had to make this an exception because people who are already tightly wound would launch into attack mode on a comment ordinarily deserving a laugh or a shake of the head at the ridiculousness of such a perverted idea.
Just as I suspected, this post will inspire the tribalism war, especially because of the whole controversy surrounding the Biafra agitation. Alas! My suspicion were justified. Guys, let's calm down and save our energy for more serious and more credible comments. If we keep reacting to silly comments like Saddiq's, we will invariably become circus clowns for the likes of Saddiq's entertainment.
Foolish hausas who think they own Nigeria, lazy arse people, u want to legalize hausa just as u have given your cows guts to roam the streets
ReplyDeleteAbeg kindly do not get your panties in a wad over a foolish comment by a "manager at self employed"...It is counter productive
