      Sugar is an effective abrasive quite all right, yeah you're right but the level of effectiveness depends on how long and how deep you want the dead cells off your skin.

      Better option is the white beach sand, if far from you get to a new construction site and collect a little from them. It lasts and doesn't melt off whilst you scrub but sugar does. And secondly, if using honey too you'll need to wash your face twice with warm water before the scrub,the sand gets the cells off faster.

      So white beach sand is it.

      Mix with coconut oil or honey for less abrasive consistency.

      And though it's natural, test on a patch of skin first just to be sure your skin won't react.

    So I have been looking for my glasses since yesterday. I have looked everywhere, and I have practically turned the house upside down in my search..
    I have back traced my steps to try and see where I could have kept it..for where?

    So how can my pair of cat eye glasses just disappear? That's some paranormal sh*t there.
    I have been so uncomfortable since yesterday..
    Good thing I don't use it for reading or my phone, but how do I go out? I will need to squint all the way..

    God pls, I know you didn't answer my prayer 3 months ago, don't know if you'd answer me now, but here is me praying that you help me locate my glasses.
    Without my glasses I can't go to church even if I wanted to,you know right?

    I was able to connect to the Hallelujah Challenge at least for 20mins. It was awesome, very soul lifted. I was amazed at testimonies.

      Get him a nice wristwatch(must not be designers,but at least nice)..
      Inside the case which contains the wristwatch,get a little note and write about "How time flies" and "How you are happy being with him"..
      Pour out your emotions on that note(use the line "I 'd like this time to keep ticking forever while we keep getting stronger as each second passes") then place it ontop of the wristwatch inside that enclosed case it came with;that way he will get to read the note first before seeing the wristwatch..

      Any heart deep in love will appreciate this..its not a matter of how costly the gift is dear,but the heart that gave it out,and most times the concept..
