Mash the Banana and mix it with eggs and then make it same way you make pancakes, this is really delicious and you can eat it after Lunch as desert with ice cream or you can mix with Veggies or Fruits.
For Breakfast,it can be added to to her breakfast items or eaten single.....especially if you dont wanna eat too much...
I love fried Banana so forgive me if you dont like this.....

DeleteStella doesn't it change color or something.the one I made changed color just immediately i blended the bananas and it didn't look nice at all.
ReplyDeleteI'm frying very crunchy akara for breakfast.
Mine doesn't change color. My mum loves this for breakfast so it's an almost everyday affair. How do you prepare yours?
DeleteI blended the banana(after which it turned dark) and then I mixed with egg and fried. Is it probably cos I blended the banana instead of mashing it?
Delete@broomstick since you know how to prepare it well, why not teach her your own techniques than asking questions.
DeleteAbi you too wan use style learn.
LMAO @ anon 11;06
DeleteYou no well
Jew-di, the egg is supposed to be what you use in blending the banana not water(I'm assuming you used a little water). I blended today's own, just to test it and it didn't darken. Forget the picture up there and also remember that banana tends to darken when exposed for a while. Try blending your banana and eggs together. Hope you have a better outcome.
DeleteAnonymous 11:06, I either mash, like Stella posted, or I grate. This is why I asked how she did hers. Never be afraid of questions. Do have a blessed weekend
Lovely one

After eating and feeling bloated ehen.. .
I found myself in the toilet every 20mins since then na Waka pass I dey do for Ogbono.
I will never forget that experience.

ReplyDeleteBeans and plantain o jare
ReplyDeleteStella oooooo! Please send the fresh strawberries. I'm tired of the frozen ones. First day I saw this and tried at home(I love bananas so we always have some at home) my mum just kept saying "you've come with another silly concoction"(I can mix silly things eg drinking garri with TomTom sweet). After I was done frying and she tasted it, she fell in love and now it's an almost everyday breakfast for her. Sometimes I wish I liked conventional food
ReplyDeleteYou go like food oh!
DeleteActually, I don't. I like experimenting though(sometimes, cringe worthy lol). Have you eaten fried cocoyam before? I tried it and liked it but not repeating the experience. Like I said, conventional food is a problem for me. I don't like rice, beans, yam, garri(eba) and spaghetti/noodles. Comot all these things, wetin remain? Bread, biscuit, oats and some cereals. Oh, I almost forgot one conventional food I love-ekpang in all its forms(ekpang nkukwo/ekpang iwa/anyan ekpang/iwe ekpang). Maybe I'll agree sef that I love food. Now, who's in calabar and has prepared or is preparing ekpang today? Invite me,pretty pleeeeeease ššš

DeleteBut as an adult wey u be na 6 u must break oš
@viva, u dnt need plenty ceremony
DeleteI personally dnt like uziza leaf so I use
Pumpkin
Those wide leaves
Scent leaf
Curry leaf (ebihi in Edo)
PLENTY onions and crayfish, pepper and blend together (some pple add tomatoes but i dnt bcx it can easily get spoilt)
After blending, put in a pot,add all ur fish, kpomo, meat whatever u wish to use (most importantly, enough scattered dried or smoked fish)
Instead of using normal maggi cubes, use local maggi (evbarie in Edo)
Leave for abt 10 mins n drop. It goes wt everything. Eba, starch, rice, yam, etc
Pardon any gbagaun
LMAO@ not everytime food,food.
DeleteNice one Victorious. We teach them, they learnš
Good morning š, how are you?
DeleteI just had akamu with lots of milk and akara
ReplyDeleteMoimoi and oats.
ReplyDeleteI will share the recipe to my breakfast this morning.
ReplyDeleteI had tea, brandy and one chocolate.
You will need two teabags(black tea, whichever brand you like,I use ThƩ),water, one sweet chocolate..
Boil some water.Put your teabags in a mug while waiting for the water to boil.Once it does, pour into the mug and let your tea seep for a few minutes depending on how strong you like your tea.The longer it seeps, the deeper the taste. Then discard tea bags(I don't as I like very strong tea).
Measure out a teaspoonful(or more depending on your tolerance level) of your favorite brandy(It's St.Remy for me) and add to the mug of tea.Stir well and you are done.
Enjoy while nibbling on decadent chocolate. The sweetness contrasts deliciously with the slightly bitter taste of tea. This is guaranteed to warm you up in no time.
Bon appetit to all the mermaids!
Lmao!
Enter your reply...I love you for this creativity. @ mermaids.
DeleteHi Kamiššššš

ReplyDeleteSaturday morning ritual in my house is beans and dodo. Will just eat that whenever the fish head has digested. The cold is too much.
My momma sent me lots of goodies. At noon my š½ and pear will take the lead. It's gonna be a delicious weekend.
Stella the banana omelet sounds good.
ReplyDeleteWill try it tomorrow after church service.

ReplyDeleteI was coming to the office this morning when my senior friend called me and the brother offered me a job. I don't want another one man job again. I joined the Hallelujah challenge this morning. Lord GOD a multi national or a federal govt job is what I want Justlikedat# Thank you Lord.
ReplyDeleteWater, water and water. Eating later in the day.
ReplyDeleteHi Miss Ess♥️
DeleteWater, water and water. Eating later in the day.
ReplyDeleteOil rice will do. But bonga is too expensive o. Ha
ReplyDeleteLet me suggest something that has helped my pocket now that iced fish is so expensive. I like geisha and Titus(na their common names). A tin isn't more than N300. The pieces aren't as big as what you'd get from the bonga fish but, depending on your budget, they could work for you in the same way.
DeleteJollof rice with ogufe, pls pray that i get pregnant this month of june in Jesus name. Amen
