Watch how the average Nigerian handles his phone with utmost care but let it be a public property he wouldn't care. That's why I cringe each time I have to use a public toilet because my people have zero chill.

Hospital is an institution providing medical and surgical treatment and nursing care for sick or injured people. Many hospitals in Nigeria do not fit this definition. Nigeria no doubt is a failed country.
