ReplyDeleteBut on the contrary Ibadin tried a little. He was only really bad and mean when it comes to staff welfare.
Will take him three years to pay promotion arrears even after he has collected the money from FG.
He tried maintaining the hospital. I know of some teaching hospital that don't have steady light. There's always light in UBTH, standby generators. In some teaching hospitals patients buy their gloves and syringes and other disposables. That doesn't happen in UBTH.
He was hated because he punishes staff when it has to do with salary and promotion. People stay on one level for more than six years.
But in all, there's jubilation that his tenure has finally ended.
Live a life well emulating so when you die, your poster Won't be like this. A remember a female lecturer then that died during child birth people just look at her poster and pass without remorse, even when they talk, they will say things like so this wicked woman don die.
