    Sorry to derail, keto peeps in the house pls is jago keto compliant? My friend said is not but i can't do the home made mayonnaise now. Did any one use jago and still lost weight?

      Jago have unhealthy oil in it. Home made hv olive oil which is good for keto. I once used d jago i did loose. But i know its nt healthy. Use for now and try to mk ur own. Cheers

      Jago and Bama very unhealthy because they contain not just unhealthy oils but also contain Soy which is a no-no. Best make a vinaigrette than inflame your body with Mayos that we suspicious ingredients.

      Jago is not compliant neither is bama because they contain vegetable oil which you re already avoiding in your daily meals..you can still loose weight while using them but the toll it will take on your health afterwards is what you should consider...Keto rocksss
