It seems she planned it all. Who does a video of her fight with her husband if she didnt have an ulterior motive? On a good day, both of them would have even snatched the phone from whoever so as not to get caught in such. Unless she knew it was gonna turn out like this and thus used as evidence. My husband has been cheating but I will see details and not keep them in the past thinking it wouldn't happen again cos he would apologise after getting caught.
