Ubi Franklin Is Upset That The Chinese Man Who Tried To 'Knife' Him Has Been Set Free...

Yesterday a Chinese man charged at Music CEO Ubi Franklin and he got him arrested....
The man might have been released on Bail..and Ubi is upset.
I dont think he can be held for too long,however,you can sue him Ubi..Get a Lawyer and take him to court!

      So true. All these NOBODIES from their own country get to Nigeria and were been idolized. They were being given the power to treat our citizens any kind of way which is such a shame that our authority allows this kind of abuse on their own citizens by non citizen They get to make ridiculous amount in Nigeria without paying their tax or give back in form charity to our country and such can never happen or tolerated in their own country. #onlyinnigeria

    It depends on what he was charged for and if he met the bail conditions. Take the case to court and get justice, sound the alarm of social media together with your celebrity friends and colleagues and make lifemate uncomfortable and watch them call you for "talks"

    Well Ubi can't sue him as the offence is classified as criminal offence ie attempted murder or armed with intention to cause bodily harm to another person. It's the duty of the Nigerian police to file a criminal charge. Ubi can only proceed with a civil case which obviously is not the case here.

    Again, I reckon the Nigerian police can detain someone for so long before they can file a criminal charge. I can't recall if its 24,48 hrs or longer.

    I am a little bit rusty with Nigerian Laws. I left Nigeria since Septemper 2010 so has since hung my wig and gown. Enjoying Taxation now.

    It is well.. That was how I went to KFC in Ilorin mall o, the lady was already getting my order when this oyinbo couple came in and stood behind me. To my uttermost shock, this girl told me to excuse the couple that she wants to answer them first *I was gobsmacked* the way I shouted at her to get my food ehn she looked at me as if I had grown two heads and quickly answered me. Nonsense. I made it a point to be rude to her as she was asking me what I wanted and snatched the package from her hand when she finished.
