    3. Huddah may be a lot of unsavory things but she's right about this and her single status has nothing to do with understanding why some daft women choose to die in abusive marriages whilst giving the dumbest of excuses, so leave her single status alone and focus on the message.

    4. The fact we are missing here is 1.the women have no penny to their name so where them wan go? 2. The ones that are well off financially worry about people castigating them. I'm not saying this because I can type, but any man that lays his hands on me must be ready to bear the consequences... I don't have the physical energy to fight back, but I know how far I'm willing to go when I am ready to deal with you.. I'm just lucky my spouse takes off whenever we have a heated conversation... Because heaven knows there would have been no marriage by now if he hit me...

    1. You've not seen high school sweethearts that marry and end up separating because of dv? The signs are always there, but women close thier eyes to it believing the men will change.

Women are shy to leave because people will call them Grandma Gwez. They want to hold the title for ever Mrs. They forget titles dont take people to heaven but what your work does for you.

  7. Wise words. The worst is when you're advising them with the or swollen eyes and they go all "you won't understand" . That is why nowadays I just ignore them because most times no matter how much you talk they never leave.

  11. This DV is a simple thing nah! Women have all the power but they don't know! Location! Location!Location! There are many ways to stop a violent man! You can do" sit don dey look!, " point and obey!, Vegetable soup and take over or use the last technique which is, shoot and fake craze! But women no dey hear! They too love! Abegi, make I go chop jare!

    1. Naaaaa shooting is not the solution I tell you..why do you need all the stress of police and court case? Just allow the idiot feel in charge always while putting finishing touches to your exit plan..if you know where his original documents are take them with you and do the needful.. Let him come and beat me again...in fact I know I will be very calm and obedient in this situation till I do what is in my mind...one thing every woman must know is that men who beat women are cowards and weak men...once he feels he is in charge his guards are down..just move in for the kill and aim for the jugular while at it.

  12. It also apply to men. Take a walk when you can't condole her excesses. Don't allow that nag of a woman to push you into hitting her. Before it gets that bad, take a walk.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Yes I agree totally, but some of this women out of anger hit there men first then the man reacts n beat her up, then the run around crying domestic violence?

    ReplyDelete
  14. Spot on. But will they hear? Nope! slay mamas on imstagram, punching bag at home.its the people following them and think they've seen role models that have energy.

    ReplyDelete
  15. While agree with some of the points she brought up. Only the person who wears the shoes knows where it pinches. For some women it starts with verbal abuse before it escalates to violence. By that time they already feel worthless and weak to leave. So Huddah before you say no one gives a F**k I will urge you to show some kindness and chose your words carefully.

    1. True lack of courage. Sometimes it starts from the ladies home. Most girls r brought up as objects. Empathy. I have istill speak and listen.

  16. She really has point though

  17. She is not correct. People do change. I recall a period in my marriage when I laid hands on my wife. It has never happened again, and I am still ashamed just remembering it. A second chance is in order.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Huddah is very right, like my neighbour whose husband beat her blue nd black, nd cheat like no tomorrow to her face.
Well she is still there, because of her kids like she said.
And oh the beating started during their courtship days

    ReplyDelete
  19. I dont like her but everything she said is the truth.

    ReplyDelete
  20. I no believe say huddah get better brain oh lol anyway how ur breast implant ...

    ReplyDelete
  21. She looks hot...hmmmmm...
She is right jare. The quest For Mrs is real.

    ReplyDelete
  22. She is right because if u get killed who wanna take care of the kids

    ReplyDelete
  23. She was so apt!!! You can't stay for up to 10yrs suffering beatings and now come out and say "SAY NO TO VIOLENCE ". Did she say no? And now disturbing a bunch of strangers with her issues. No man i dated ever even tried to hit me. It can't happen. I am not "beatable". Naah not possible.

    ReplyDelete
  24. What I don't understand is after beating you and giving you black eye. You now run to social media and start calling him honey.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Huddah you r very correct dear, but what of d men using u as a sex toy,it's dat one not domestic violence.speak up too.

  27. This looks very blunt but she is absolutely right. Looks like the shade is for mercy. It is well o.God na your hand I dey, may I marry right.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Hope you ladies also know constantly abusing your man is another form of domestic violence?
Its also advisable the men walk away from any marriage where the woman runs her mouth like tap water.
This would ensure there is no violence.
    period.

  29. Nagging is not DV. You are probably the stubborn type that appears soft to outsiders but mean to your wife. Oga,you can take a walk if you want to because your nonsense ego will not allow you beg ur wife. If she's got kids, she ain't got nothing to lose . You can go marry ur mother. Unam ikot.
