 No one is perfect but this beautiful Friday Morning,I pray oh God you reward each of us according to our deeds in Jesus name.

    We have to be very prayerful in Nigeria these days because of the calamity the heavy rains are causing.

    A married man was found today on the bed of a single girl that lives 3-streets away from his house. He claimed it was flood that carried him away & put him on the girl's bed.
    Men need to stop going out in the rain to avoid being carried by flood to somebody's bed.

    Once upon a time a daughter complained to her father that her life was miserable and that she didn’t know how she was going to make it. She was tired of fighting and struggling all the time. It seemed just as one problem was solved, another one soon followed.
    Her father, a chef, took her to the kitchen. He filled three pots with water and placed each on a high fire. Once the three pots began to boil, he placed potatoes in one pot, eggs in the second pot, and ground coffee beans in the third pot.
    He then let them sit and boil, without saying a word to his daughter. The daughter, moaned and impatiently waited, wondering what he was doing.
    After twenty minutes he turned off the burners. He took the potatoes out of the pot and placed them in a bowl. He pulled the eggs out and placed them in a bowl.
    He then ladled the coffee out and placed it in a cup. Turning to her he asked. “Daughter, what do you see?”
    “Potatoes, eggs, and coffee,” she hastily replied.
    “Look closer,” he said, “and touch the potatoes.” She did and noted that they were soft. He then asked her to take an egg and break it. After pulling off the shell, she observed the hard-boiled egg. Finally, he asked her to sip the coffee. Its rich aroma brought a smile to her face.
    “Father, what does this mean?” she asked.
    He then explained that the potatoes, the eggs and coffee beans had each faced the same adversity– the boiling water.
    However, each one reacted differently.
    The potato went in strong, hard, and unrelenting, but in boiling water, it became soft and weak.
    The egg was fragile, with the thin outer shell protecting its liquid interior until it was put in the boiling water. Then the inside of the egg became hard.
    However, the ground coffee beans were unique. After they were exposed to the boiling water, they changed the water and created something new.
    “Which are you,” he asked his daughter. “When adversity knocks on your door, how do you respond? Are you a potato, an egg, or a coffee bean? Moral: In life, things happen around us, things happen to us, but the only thing that truly matters is what happens within us.

    Thanks for your post this morning for it has given me a little smile because I know God is alive. I don't want you to post this but to get you informed as a Big Sis in town. Met a guy on your Single and mingle.. He was good and looked real ,we got along with time we became close. At some point he complained of financial stress,running around to foot a bill as he claimed, later begged me with everything in his life to help borrow some money that he will pay on a set date. After much pressure I did.Who will like to see her Man or woman in such situation that won't help.Now on the set date to pay he disappeared, all line switched off. I'm now left in my agony to pay people I borrowed from on his behalf with money I don't have,im broken.I advise you kindly stop single and mingle... It's doing more harm than good. Thanks

    On monday, i paid for first class ticket 4800 from Kano to lagos.

    Today is friday, we have not even gotten to lagos and beside's, the first class is nohing to write home about, a/c not functioning, not neat.. I cant just imagine the hell going on in this country.

    No way to have my bathe, am tired, no food, tthe food i ate in the canteen is called "we love you but God love you most" (u eta n visit d loo)

    Stella that lady/man of yesterday ihn begging for transport help to work and posted a picz of a lady and a baby is pure scam, she did not start any work, she needs money and she has been scamming through IHN since 2015. Google her phone number if you think I'm lying. From money for buying GCE form to needing money for house rent because husband ran away and left 4kids for only her to needing another house rent as father died and mother stays with an uncle who is harrassing her sexually and kids also stay with another uncle to needing money to buy food etc. She uses different emails in all of these but same no. I even discovered one other no that she used with the email to beg here and also to beg for 30k on Linda ikeji comment section. That man or woman is not working and doesn't want to work, pure scam he/she is. She can come in anonymous to claim innocent but I urge you to visit google.

    If you've being asking God for things and its taking too long for you to see result, instead of becoming depressed, down casted, frustrated and angry with God I will suggests you start fasting and serious prayer. The enemies have stolen the zeal to pray from most Christians of nowadays. He knows prayer is the key to salvation and liberation, so he will make you too tired and weak to pray yourself out of any unsatisfied situation you find yourself in.
    I prayed a very dangerous prayer and asked God to reveal the source of my unsatisfied situation, and believe me he did. He snowed me what's is responsible in my dream yesterday night. This morning I've used the Scriptures to pray against what I saw.
    So,what if I've not asked God to reveal what's responsible? What's if I've not prayed and asked for mercy and forgiveness of God? What if I was still wallowing in sin and keep asking that mercy should abound?
    Life is not all about blog fight, curses and counter curses. Life is deeper, a times we need to take time off and go seek the face of God for change of story and total turn around. Don't wait before its too late before you start seeking God's Mercies. Start now.

    You and TGW are like a rose garden in the middle of shark infested waters.

    Just the very short distance from where the road is being worked on to my office is a minefield.A walk of five minutes takes me twice that as I have to gingerly shuffle like those white painted Japanese geishas to avoid stepping on mines.Its frustrating. I just don't understand why people spit anyhow.Its as if there is a strict religious law against swallowing spit.

    Starry Larry happy birthday in advance to your brother.I have colleagues with birthdays everyday from 19th to 27th and weirdly no two people share same date.

    Today is Halo's birthday(my hair).3 yrs of fighting,cursing,threatening,cajoling but most of all caring and loving.I can't believe how long she's grown.I made a good decision to start all over again natural.I just love the compliments though when she's out,nobody ever notices my shoes anymore.
