    3...Mr Ford, was it that he monitored the way his employees lived during official hours or he monitored the way they lived their life generally? If it was the latter, what was his motive behind doing that? Was it based on religious background or personal principles?
    If it was the former, I can understand he needed employees who were diligent and faithful to their job at all time.
