ReplyDeleteI believe the baby shaped pears are formed by putting the newly formed pear fruits into a containers shaped like a baby so that as it grows into the containe, it automatically takes it shape till it grows fully. It's same way Japanese grow cube shaped water melons so that they can conveniently be stocked in a fridge.
