Breakfast?

Count me out of Breakfast today..





I am having just a glass of peppermint tea with honey............

Some people are suggesting I take pepper soup....that might be a good idea but i haven't taken pepper soup for so long now and i never liked pepper anyway.....

  7. I'm still at the gym but na mama put rice,beans,plantain and orishirishi meat washed down with a bottle of coke dey hungry me....
    There is one I ate somewhere in Surulere last week!...

    3. @Victorious Ehis, Raw unwashed bitter leaf you say?? How e go taste? Well, I enjoy my egusi soup with thoroughly washed bitter leaf more than that of ugu. I dont fry my egusi though, I mould into paste with plenty onion. The sweetness is tory for another day I tell ya.

  22. Watermelon contains water,protein,fats,carbohydrate,fiber,vitamins A,B,C, calcium,phosphorus and potassium. So make sure you take watermelon at least twice in a week.I will be having hot EBA and oha soup chill down with cold water.
