It was gathered that the abductors have opened negotiations with the parents of the abducted students.
A parent, who pleaded anonymity, confirmed that the abductors had finally contacted the parents of the abducted students.
He said: “We heard that the abductors called one of the parents and demanded for N400 million ransom. The negotiation is still on as they have not been able to contact the number since then but we are expecting further negotiations tomorrow.”

ReplyDeleteThis thing called kidnapping is real. You can only relate if it has happened to you. When my mum was kidnapped for almost 2 months we saw hell. No sleep for Us. They asked for 150m. It was horrible we ended up paying 6m and my mum is diabetic, pb patient oh. She was fed bread and water once a day. And this is someone that has partial stroke oh. May my God continue to punish them wherever they are.
DeleteKai, sorry about what your mum went through.
Deletesay what ,meaning militants and boko haram are stronger than Nigerian government
ReplyDeleteoh poor kids the trauma ,their parents oh this is too much pains
And why would the police engage in gun battle with the abductors? What if they go extreme and decide to take out vengeance on the harmless children?
ReplyDeleteNigeria police ought to know negotiation works better when an enemy has gotten the best of you.
May God keep the kids and reunite them happily with their parents.
PS: the rate of abduction (particularly of students) is getting out of hand. Ambode should pay less attention to demolitions for now and respond to these ill menace head on.

#Some people will never understand your life. That's okay. You're here to live your life, not to make everyone understand*
ReplyDeletePlease dear Lord keep the children safe and return them to their parents, speedy recovery to the injured policemen. As for the kidnappers, no peace for the wicked.
ReplyDeleteP. S. The security agents and the parents should please handle this situation with utmost care, this is very dicey. At times like this emotions run faster than common sense and rational thinking.
My prayers with all those affected.
May God protect the children & these wicked kidnappers be brought to justice
