  5. Hahahahahaha since we have fulani goats, then there is igbo goats.

If them pay all these, will the landlord's son or family still collect rents?

You dont force your tenants to do this, they will do what they can if the landlord is good to them.

  6. Money hungry people. Why is this surprising when they sell their mothers and children for money

  7. This is super true.. You go buy land from Ngwa man , pay am complete money, yet they keep coming back. You go pay annual rent, if you want to sell the land, they go wan chook eye. If they die, you will receive this type of list. Like say na you kill am. But the items vary, depending on the level of greed. My parents received such list when our 'landlady' died. They just put some money in an envelope for them. Shikena.

    1. Thank you. Same happened to us when the "landlord" died. We just put small money inside an envelope and gave them.

  17. The list is for people who buy land from the natives. That's land that was inherited or ancestral lands.
Anyone who buys such land in the past (at least 80s or 90s) will notice that the agreement didn't really state outright sale, but lease. And the lease is more often for 99 years.
It's almost the same thing the Omonile people do when you buy land and want to start building. From foundation till finish to house opening they will keep tasking you.

  18. This is for people that bought Ancestral or family inherited lands.

  19. Made me remember a house we went to for accommodation. The rules and regulations no be here. The one that made my 👄 was that occupants of the one room self contain cannot park within the compound. But those who rented the duplex can park two cars each. I just 😱😱.
