    3. Please DON'T discard the chaff. It's fibre, which is very good for bowel movement and preventing constipation amongst other benefits.

If you know what fibre does for the body, you will keep swallowing the chaff.

I eat Ofio too (called Tiger nuts in English) strictly for its high fibre content. After chewing, I split out the milk and swallow the chaff. Funny right? Yeah but the fibre is of importance to me than the milk.

  14. Words, loud it. What I like about Beyoncé is that she only post pictures without words and never grant interviews about her marriage. She reminds me of Genevieve .

  18. I just want to rant. My elder sister brought a white man to the house and introduced him as her fiance. My are against it saying what will people say she is the first child and we are from the east. I am angry with my parents cause they fail to see how happy she is. She has been hurt badly by the so called African men why can't they accept a white man, I am so sad now

    1. This is so close to home. Eventually, God softened the parents' heart and the marriage took place.

Why do parents care about what people will say or think? I have realised that people will ALWAYS talk and after sometime, the matter dies down.

Which is more important to them: their reputation or their daughter's happiness?

You need to let them know that the former governor of Imo state, Ikedi Ohakim's first daughter Adanna married a German. Her wedding videos are on YouTube, please download and play for them to watch.

If they insist on not supporting her, your sister should let them know she will join the convent and that means there won't be omugwo for mummy for do a la first daughter thingy.

      Good luck
