Ooni Of Ife Set To Welcome US Based Oba Adejuyigbe Alladaxonou Egunjobi Adefunmi II

To God Be All the Glory, His Royal Majesty Oba Adejuyigbe Alladaxonou Egunjobi Adefunmi II Oloyotunji of Oyotunji African Village, Sheldon, South Carolina USA would be arriving in Nigeria on Thursday, 6th April 2017 on a 30-day Royal Home Coming Visit to his Royal ancestral and spiritual home, Nigeria, with His Imperial Majesty Arole Oodua Ooni of Ife OoniAdeyeye Enitan Babatunde Ogunwusi Ojaja II as the Royal Chief Host.


HRM Adefunmi II would upon his arrival be received by a powerful welcome home delegate amongst cultural performances and display.

Ambassador Rotimi Vaughan and Chief Oluwanbe Amodu (Aare Apo of Oyotunji) While speaking about the arrival in lagos said "HRM Oba Adefunmi II will visit Abuja, Lagos, Oyo, Osun, Ogun, Ekiti, Ondo, Edo, Kano, Sokoto. HRM Oba Adejuyigbe Adefunmi II who is expected to pay a courtesy visit to the Presidency in Abuja, would at a grand reception in his honour in Ile Ife by the Ooni of Ife amongst other activities, together with Arole Oodua, Ooni of Ife, declare open and bless the forthcoming "OYOTUNJI NIGERIA CULTURAL HERITAGE CELEBRATION 2017" coming up in Oyotunji Village, Sheldon, South Carolina USA."


Other Initiatives to be launched during the home-coming visit are The Oyotunji SC Socio-Economic Cultural Development Fund, Nigeria; Back to My Root – Nigeria (BRN Initiative); which is set to reach out to over 200 million Africans and Diasporans resident in the Americas who have identified themselves as of African descent especially Yoruba origin to embark on "Atlantic Tourism and Migration to Nigeria" by visiting, returning, investing and re-settling in Nigeria.
