The fact that they ignored or the ethnic naysayers (on both sides), ignored all the bitter aunties and the proud uncles. The fact that they ignored all sentimental bullshit and decided to take their relationship to the limit is enough for me. Marriages like this do more for a unified Nigeria than any law, decree or bill can do, and we need to damn the bigots and see more marriages like this.
