ReplyDeleteWhen bihari came in, he said PAs, SAS and the rest should be chosen amongst the officers in the Ministry. I don't know why the minister didn't do that. He wouldn't have had to pay salaries from his pocket.

IT JUST SAYS ONE THING: YOU ARE EITHER JOBLESS AND/OR IGNORANT OTHERWISE YOU WOULD KNOW THAT IN RESIGNING ONE'S EMPLOYMENT ONE HAS TO GIVE A NOTICE PERIOD OF BETWEEN 1-3 MONTHS DEPENDING ON TERMS OF YOUR ENGAGEMENT. RESIGNATION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT WOULD MEAN HAVING TO PAY IN LIEU OF YOUR SUPPOSED NOTICE PERIOD. ITS HARD TO GIVE UP EVEN 2 WEEKS SALARY IN LIEU OF ANYTHING MUCH LESS 3 MONTHS! AND FOR A MAN WHO HAS NOT BEEN REMUNERATED IN OVER A YEAR....HABA?!
