ReplyDeleteSomething brought tears to my eyes this morning. I bought spaghetti and fried plantain #40 for my late sis 3yrs son this morning as he prepares to go to school. He couldn't finish the spaghetti cos he hardly eats these days and my mum kept telling him not to pour water into it. He didn't listen and poured water and I came out from d other room and beat him so hard.
My mum felt so bad cos she wanted to add it to the small remaining rice to eat this morning.
I felt worse for beating him that hard for an ordinary small spaghetti. Poverty is a bad thing I swear. It makes you think upside down.
