Good for them
ReplyDeleteStella, it has to start from somewhere.
ReplyDeleteA lot of people complain that there are no examples of convicted politicians, look people, here is one.
Sometimes I think the "followership" of this country does not deserve a righteous leader. We are sentimental about everything....
You've said it all.
DeleteWell said
DeleteHhhhhhmmm
ReplyDeleteIt is a good one BUT he is not the only guilty governor.
ReplyDeleteThey should extend same treatment to others working about freely.
*walking
DeleteAs crazy as this sounds, if all past governors had only stolen $500,000 or £408,000 I would be so thankful to God. The point is this is chicken change compared to what those mad men have stolen such as fashola, Amaechi. $500,000 is the price of a customised Bentley or about that which is a toy in the hands of these ex crooks. Obasanjo sits like king gorilla at Ota farms with billions in his account.
ReplyDeleteThis is a huge step. At least others would know there is a possibility they would also go to jail. But trust Nigerians now, we are never satisfied.
ReplyDeleteYou are right. I pray this government get it right and the economy receive life so that we can have a better Nigeria. One down more to join.
DeleteVery very good, but if same will happen to the other Governor it will be fine
ReplyDeletemicrophone check one two one two
ReplyDeleteThey are many including APC them. when are they going to get to those ones
ReplyDeleteGood one
ReplyDeleteUntil one former APC governor from the North is convicted and sentenced and in jail; it is still a joke.
ReplyDeleteSince OUK ran to APC, has anything again been mentioned about his case with the EFCC?
