  25. I do not even know if I need food today... The rate at which I eat these days is alarming.. Being stuck in one place (at the moment, not forever) just makes me to consume, consume and continuously consume. I really need to slow down. Funny enough, if I eat only a small portion, my mum will start lamenting as if I have committed a crime. She goes on and on about how I need to eat to enable me take my drugs.... I don't even know if the drugs are the reason I eat as if tomorrow won't come. Gosh.... I need a break from food.

How about this one, you go online, watch wig making tutorials, then you try making one for fun, you can use old weaves.that way you will be occupied for the greater part of the day.
I learnt wig making through a whatsapp group I joined and by watching those tutorials, today, I make my own wig

  37. I had oatmeal, coconut and mango
I cook my oat in coconut water, add some brown sugar and serve with strips of coconut and mango.

For lunch I'd be having roasted plantain, grilled tilapia and spicy sauce
    Prep
    Preheat oven to 400°F
Remove plantain from peel and slightly coat with cooking spray, place plantain on the middle rack.

Bring out your marinated tilapia fish, I marinade mine over night! Place a foil on your upper rack and place your fish on that to grill alongside the plantain. Fish does not need much heat to cook reason i place on the upper rack.

    For sause
Crush your peppers slightly not smooth paste. Boil till you have a thick content. Place your saucepan on cooker, add a good amount of oil and add some chopped onions. Fry till it's slightly golden and add your pepper, add a teaspoon of milled crayfish, tin titus/grilled/dried Titus or anything you like to jazz your sauce up. I used some leftover turkey cut up into small bites, season to taste and Allow to fry on medium heat for awhile then turn off heat and simmer for 3mins before opening the saucepan. I prepared my sauce last night to reduce the time I will spend doing this today.

    Viola!
