If I tell you same, my dear you will be shocked and run inside bush. So I get people call me a bully most times. So what I did was, I try and much as possible to avoid confrontations. Infact, I hardly fight anymore, I just sit in a corner and swell like bread wey fall inside water cos if I talk, I will be called the bad one and people will feel I am at fault. Bisola should learn to do this when she leaves the house. Loud pple don't fight, nag or exchange words with people cos trust me, whether you are at fault or not, the blame will be placed on you. They have been shooting a music video and movie for the past two days.
Bassey directed the music video and all housemates were in their element.. there was cooperation. They gave it their best.
The next day.. Bisola took over directing of the Movie.. which went beautifully well.
Both Bassey and Bisola already had experience in this kind of thing so it was easy.. even though while they directed,they asked others to help handle the camera while the director shoots his or her scenes.
So when they took a break from yesterday's shoot,they were all in the lounge and Debie wanted to indirectly address the issues she had with Bisola while she shot. Debie tried to arrange something for Marvis but Bisola bellowed 'Debie,leave my set' or something like that.
Suddenly,Bisola leaves Debie and asks her 'crew'
Im i a bully.. Efe said yes,sometimes. Debie says yes. Everyone answers in the affirmative.
All this while Tboss is eating.. quietly munching,but i didn't trust that her eating.Lol
Next thing Bisola zeros in on Tboss, do i bully you Tboss?
Tboss says Bisola yes, and i have told you severally.. So why are you asking again? Are you guilty of anything?
Meanwhile Bisola already said she feels Tboss was cussing her out in Romania in my mind.. 😂😂 but Tboss said she wasnt even doing that.
Bisola says shes not feeling any guilt but just felt she needed to ask. That Tboss has a way of looking all innocent as if she doesnt hurt a fly, meanwhile she is not totally innocent.
Oh well,na so Tboss begin para.. That she has tried to ignore the number of times Bisola has shut her ideas down,but she was fine with it. That so they think she doesn't want to also handle the camera? That when she gets home ahe will ekwrb with hers.
Debie says the way Bisola relates to Marvis on the task is different from the way she does with them,Efe averred that Bisola should try to be considerate too.
Efe really tried to give a balanced judgement.
After the whole brouhaha.. They all went to shoot Tboss's scene which was death in the bath tub. She did it beautifully well.. Nollywood is calling..
Lastly was Bisola's scene of drowning in the Jacuzzi. I comot my cap for Bisolaarrrr!!!
After the shooting.. Her 'friend' Tboss helped her with a cuppa. They could be seen sharing jokes again and all. I tired!
My verdict?

ReplyDeleteBisola vs TBoss round two, still lead nowhere.
Bisola's been taking her duty as director very seriously and cracking the whip to make sure everything goes according to schedule. This is understandable considering the Housemates only have one evening to shoot a whole Horror film and there's a laundry list of scenes to get through. Constant interjections would only slow things down and so she shot down a lot people's suggestions, particularly TBoss, according to Debie-Rise. Perhaps it's to be expected therefore that she was inadvertantly picking at an old scab all day when she was just tryning to keep things on track.
That said, it wasn't TBoss who instigated things. Instead it was Bisola who asked the Housemates if she really does bully TBoss. In her defence, Bisola said she was genuinely trying to understand if there was a problem with the way she engaged so she could grow as a person and do better! Bassey agreed that she did bully TBoss while Debie-Rise said it wasn't necessarily bullying, she just shot down TBoss' suggestions constantly then accepted the same suggestions if someone else made them.
TBoss piped in at that moment irritated with all of them for opining about her in her presence instead of asking her how she felt directly. Bisola, on the other hand, tried to explain that they weren't talking about her directly but TBoss was already upset and started dolling out examples of every instance Bisola had been rude or snapped at her that day. She also pointed that she and Debie-Rise never got a chance to shoot with the camera and she'd elected to say nothing inspite of all of this. Bisola countered this by saying TBoss always wanted to play victim and would never acknowledge when she was wrong. She also said one didn't need to be "loud and aggressive" in order to be hurtful.
Efe tried his best to mediate. He acknowledged that TBoss was sometimes too sensitive and defensive but also asked Bisola to (as a leader) be more cognizant of how she related to people who weren't her friends or were just more sensitive. TBoss walked away after a while and after a brief discussion they all elected to focus on the job at hand. Once again, neither party wants to acknowledge their part in the dispute.
Bisola took over the director role frm Bassey n started bullying evryone around!
