161 persons was returned in Feb 14 and another 171 persons on Feb 16.
This was made known when Mrs Abike Erewa,the special assistant to the presidency on foreign affairs welcomed Alhaja Aadiya Farouk the federal commissioner, National commission for refugees,migrants,internally displaced persons commission, to Abuja on Friday.

She disclosed that more migrants are expected back in the country and blamed this on the current happenings in the world.she also promised that her office will work together with the commission to sensitise Nigerians on the need to avoid irregular migration.
The Federal commissioner who also condemned the xenophobic attack on Nigerians in South Africa, pledged the support of the commission to partner with Abike Dabiri-Erewa in Educating the public on dangers of irregular migration.
