This isnt a bad idea!....
According to a new memo circulating online, academic staff members (especially lecturers) of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, will now be denied promotion if evaluation from the students taking their classes indicate that the quality of their teaching is not up to standard.
They will now have to start 'discussing' with students on the way forward..LOL..

Great move, if implemented. Once done there, other universities may take it up too. Imagine a lecturer coming to lecture, for the first time, a day to exams. Tomorrow, same lecturer will refer to a student as an "olodo"
