Dear Stella

Good day Stella, I absolutely love reading your blog. I love all the inspiring and interesting things you post especially your TTC posts. I have been trying to conceive since last January. I got pregnant March, 2016 but I had a miscarriage just a few days after I found out.

 It was very depressing but I didn’t let it get to me. I got pregnant again in April after that and the pregnancy is one of the most traumatizing thing that has ever happened to me. I woke up one morning and saw that I was bleeding, I immediately got pads because I thought it was my period as usual. Twelve days after, ‘the period’ refused to stop and I became very weak. 

I decided to check myself into the ER where they told me I was having an incomplete miscarriage. I got a D&C and went home. A few weeks later, I travelled to Germany for work. A week after I got to Germany, I passed out in front of the hotel I was staying and the concierge called the paramedics. To cut the long story short, the doctors in Germany discovered that I had an ectopic pregnancy that I’d been carrying about for weeks. Apparently, I was pregnant with twins. 

The baby they took out during the D&C was fine but the doctors took it out by mistake because of their wrong diagnosis. I had to get a Laparoscopy and the docs said my chances of having kids have been reduced to about 65%. You can imagine how emotionally stressed I was! I lost 3 babies in less than 6 months


Stella, God has been good to me and I really want to give him all the thanks. He is just awesome. I found yesterday that I’m about 1 month pregnant. I promised God that I will send this email to you as soon as I get pregnant again!

P.S: For all women out there TTC, keep praying and trust God. There is nothing too hard or impossible for God to do.
