    My name is SULE. Back in Primary school, I was very poor in maths.

    During exams, I’d get between 2% and 3%. The results used to be announced sequentially, that is from the lowest to the highest marks. So I would always be the first or second to be called out and flogged.

    One day, the maths results were announced and my name wasn’t among the first to be called out.

    The teacher got to 30%, 40%, 50%, 60% and 70%, still my paper had not been called out.

    Everyone in the class kept looking at me asking, SULE what’s up? How did you pass this exam?”

    And I was like ... "Well, na God o!"

    By the time the teacher got to 80%, I was already grinning in excitement. When he got to 90%, he had only one paper remaining. I then asked myself, could I have scored 90% in maths? I was feeling very anxious and happy at the same time. It was obvious my dreams and prayers have been answered. The whole class was amazed as everyone kept looking at me. It was unbelievable.

    Finally the teacher looked up and said: “One silly student here did not write his name on the paper and he scored 0%. Who hasn't received his paper yet?”

    The whole class echoed:
    SULE!!!! Na SUULEE OO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    In fact, I was hospitalized for 2weeks.

    Hehe! I fought in 2009 or 2010, as in real fight! We kept throwing ourselves on the ground like our bodies were made of stone! We fight soteyyyyy we taya! You know how people try to separate you two, but una no agree, then they leave you be, and open the ring! OMG! We fought for 25minutes, when we were tired and our of breath, we coiled around each other like snakes. After 10 minutes of hair pulling, and coiling, we heard "are you people tired"? LMAO! Hmmmmmmmm fighting is BAD! I left with a swollen forehead like Jerry in the Tom &Jerry series, and a black/red eye, days of body pains and fever. I swore NEVER to ever try it! My one and only fight.

    Anyway, today is Super Bowl, and there is a superbowl party at our friends, and I am looking fwd to it.

    Onye omam XP, I saw your SP post yesterday o....LOL! No amount of rapping can take my maestro's place. Hers is a gift, no need to try too hard, she don't need no validation. hehe. I love you boo, you know right? *wink*

    Please I need advice on what to do....

    I met a guy in Nov S&M, I posted my contact, he contacted me & we connected (or so I think). We've been friends & serious chat buddies since then and have discussed everything and anything infact we are each other's confidants but we haven't talked about anything at all relating to "us". Mind you no cookie has been asked for or offered, not even a kiss sef (Baba is a gentleman, which I really admire in him) even tho we have met up a couple of times I've even being to his house.


    My questions are:

    1 Is it ok for me to ask him what his intentions are i.e for him to define the "relationship" & not sound desperate because he's being so cool & calm about it?

    2 I'm a "V" mermaid & intend to stay that way till WNB. Since Baba is not saying anything, will it be ok to tell him so if it doesn't suit him he can join the next moving train?

    Biko nu help a sister. I don't want a repeat episode of my last relationship which wasn't defined until when my fragile heart was deep into it, I'm not sure I can go through that stress again. This guy's silence on the matter is killing me & I asked for someone who wants to go into a relationship not a bestfriend.

    It's gonna be a loonng special service and we're here with convenience packs to last us the hours.

    Lunch is piping hot white rice and chicken sukiyaki(pieces of bushmeat inclusive).

    Being in God's presence is Awesome. His Grace sustaineth us.

    The last time I fought was in the nineties, almost 20yrs ago at a neighbour's child's Christening.

    The guy was my age group who felt he had become a big boy, you know what all these adolescent hormones do to some young teens. He wanted to subdue me and treat me like a junior. He was talking to me anyhow and threatening me because of seat matter. That was how I fought this guy and before you say 'Jack' I had lifted a chair and flung it at him, he dodged it by the whiskers and his mum who was watching all this while from the far end of the venue ran to the scene and pulled him away. As they were going, I lifted another chair and was chasing after them, his mum started running pulling him with her and saying "oya come o, nor let this Omo Ibo kill you for me, you know say them dey chop human being for their place'. Ikwakwakwakwakwakwakwakwakwakwakwakwa

    Everyone laughed and mocked them. He and his gang avoided me like a plague till he died a few years ago.

    Since then, I have not really had the chance to fight again. Most times when I start bragging and cussing, the person would be scared because of my Calabar blood and withdraw from the confrontation. Even though I do my best to avoid such confrontations, some people are just born trouble makers. Unknown to them in such occasions, na just mouth I dey do. In my heart of hearts, I really hate fights now, I love my fresh soft skin, free of scars. But you know,if you do 'sume sume' too much, people will take you for granted.

    Let me keep listening to this church announcement.
