The movie which opens in cinemas last Friday has been adjudged as the favourite Nollywood movie in cinemas at the moment.
Speaking about the success of the movie, the producer Chinneylove Eze says, “HIRE A MAN was inspired by the pressure that single, successful women face to get married in our immediate society. It brings a sense of reality that is rarely explored in Nollywood cinemas. I am really elated about the success of the movie. To my entire colleagues and media platform that has supported me, I really appreciate. Hire A Man is one of the most trending films at the moment, it recorded sold out tickets in majority of the cinemas it showed. I give God the glory.”
The movie unwrap a captivating tale about a character named Tishe, who has a lingering rivalry with her younger sister Teni. She is therefore pressured into hiring a man to pose as her fiance when Teni calls home to inform their parents that she would be returning home with her fiancΓ© for their yearly family retreat. The quest to meet her family’s expectation leads to the various dramatic and comical scenes that follow the story.
It stars amazing actors such as Enyinna Nwigwe, Ik Ogbonna, Zynell Zuh, Nancy Isime, Shaffy Bello, Desmond Elliot, Daniel Llyod, Keppy Epeyoung Bassey, Bayray Mcnwizu, and many others.
A staff of a cinema who doesn’t want his name disclosed had this to say, “It is indeed a griping and engaging comic love story. Your valentine is incomplete if you don’t see this movie.” ‘Hire A Man’ is indeed a blockbuster movie. It feels as if we have a new ‘Wedding Party’ with us. Whenever people come out of the theatre after watching the movie they come out smiling and their side comments are always positive.”
