A MIRACLE THAT SOUNDS LIKE A LIE

Hello Stella and my fellow BVNs

My hands are shaking as i type this mail..... Yes! shaking from too much excitement!

I went for a job interview on Thursday and i just got a call that i got the job!

This job pays twice what i earn at my current job. You know what marvels me? I graduated with a 3rd class, not because i be olodo but when i was in school i made a couple of mistakes that marred my result, misplaced priorities and all.

 I remember back then in uni my course mates used to make jest of me saying things like "fine girl fish brain" it pained me cos i knew i have never been a dull student but i had a lot of things which i felt was important at the time that i was battling with (family issues, relationship wahala) and i never wanted to go to a private university so while in school i was still seeking admission into a federal school but that didn't work out so i was stuck in my private uni with my bad result.


 It got to a point my friends started gossiping me and and wanted disassociating themselves cos their results were better than mine but Stella guess what? I go for interviews and people see an intelligent young woman that is capable, they see beyond my 3rd class result and see a person that can deliver.

This particular job has two offers so they are waiting on me to pick one opening that i would prefer and its a big company oh!

I guess this is just to encourage other people like me out there with same result, believe in yourself some of these people with so called good result na cram dem cram take pass exam for school, some can't even spell their names correctly ( not dissing just stating the plain truth) my result made my esteem low at a point and i couldn't see what others saw clearly in me but now i am getting my self esteem back!

I hope someone has been encouraged by this long somewhat proud epistle (yes i'm so proud of myself right now)

Please thank God with me cos i know that only he alone could have ordered my footsteps and favored me like this.

A CRY FOR HELP/WHEN GOSSIP GOES WRONG

Greetings from not just a broken heart but a shattered being.please permit me to lean on your shoulder to cry it out as long as I can.(Please ignore any typo errors)

I am addicted fan of you and your blog (attempt to smile,instead tears flows down)over 3years now,though I comment as anonymous! But recently got an ID, a good job you are doing! now to my story.

I am that strong,independent but extremely emotional girl that was bred by a poor sick blind but best father(late)so I grew up staying on my lane,because people have humiliated and intimidated and get away with it! I always leave it to God.

So we had a relationship, he walked out left me broken,a year later he came back broke, begged for another chance, a year and 2months later he repeated his act immediately he was promoted at his work(I typed the bio)and he is NEVER sorry instead he said he is so waiting FOR D KARMA!

His exact words during our last altercation are(YOU ARE A BIG FOOL,I HAVE BEEN USING YOU... THEN I should so pray for his downfall, if not if he ever makes it in life that he will so rub it on my face) the bullet hit me directly on my heart

1.a person u re planning life together with(I thought)

2.i said no to everyone,so it is just us alone.

At the moment everybody has deserted me to my fate, I am becoming suicidal,friends are all laughing at me. He has also gone to my friends telling them what we once discussed on bed about them.They don't pick my calls nor reply my chats!

During the heated argument,he landed a stone on my leg,and dirty slap that birthed an instant bleeding mouth(pictures for you alone)

1.Was a fooled for the second time,NO I blame it on blinded trust.

Please do not judge me, hate the game not the player(yes I will do so well if another chance is given, different game oh*covers face*) judge the movie,not the character. But I so WEPT

His 3 siblings has called and apologized on his behalf though,(yes both families are aware of the relationship) but I guess it is time to make a life.

I am jobless,and totally messed up! Yes I am in school (part time) though, rounding up my OND!Have been doing it myself from age 8,saw myself through school from secondary school days till now,I pay my bills.with my little saving I will use to round up my school(exam clearance and project)I stay in Abuja suburb, I need friends that will help me snap out of my fate!

I am already the shadow of myself(poor me) it has been me indoors crying and wishing,

NOW TO MY PLEA

I have been in the industry,as a teenager, then I left, writing movie script has been my passion, creativity and suspense at its peak. (good scripts that will make it in cinemas both local and international) and yes I am a method actress too.i am not the type that begs for fish,I need people to invest in my passion(sponsors) and together we will renovate the movie world, a decision you will forever love! HELP A sister fulfill her dreams,I want to live my dream,staring at my passion crying uncontrollable.

 from it, jobs will be created, lives will be touched! Do not let me end it with a gulps of snipper and there by heading to an early grave with my loaded brain. because of depression, rejection! Bv's kindly rejoice with me,I got my Indefinite leave to remain in less than a year of coming to the UK,after my husband beat and sent me to A&E. Thanks to the UK police who did a detailed mail to the home office on my behalf. I am free at last. 

Stella,I wish to tell my story ,so women in the diaspora that are trapped in abusive marriage will know what to do. My testimony is huge,free house ,up to 3 different benefits,support by 2 organizations and 2 big suitors waiting in line.I am the happiest person on earth,the Lord has gladden my heart.

FREEDOM IS SWEET WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN INSIDE

I do Uber sometimes, so one time I carried a rider, our destination was the Intl Airport, while there he asked me if I use a GTBank Account and me innocently and gullibly I said YES!


 He now said I shld give him that he wants to transfer money I didn't kno how much until while we were leaving there then a transfer of 4million entered, I didn't suspect any foul play afterall I thought it was his money! 


When we got to the bank he told me to transfer the money to an abokis account cuz he wanted dollars, but my account was blocked, we sha found a way to release it, i transferred it to the abokis account and he got paid his dollars! After everything I took him back to his base, I got paid my uber fee and he tipped me a lil amount... 


Then a week later someone now calls me and says he wants to buy my navigation device, excited, I drove down to meet him in an eatery only for another man to come meet me and show me his ID card that he's a policeman from PANTI and that he has been tracing me for a week! That someone transferred money into my account and that the money is FRAUD money! I was numb I wanted to faint! That's how we drove to Panti o I wrote statement, I thought that was all until they told me to pull my shirt,belt, shoes, phone and wallet!😢, me and the abokis (they traced them too) held ourselves like a train and marched to the cell!.... I wept! Because I never expected such to happen to me!


I wasn't beaten because I gave the chairmen (Old inmates) 2000naira then they put us close to the toilet area as per new inmates, but as new ones come in we move further away! Mehn I slept in heat, on the tiled floor with no mat or matress! I didn't eat for 24hours bcos I was stunned!


 My pple came the next morning but couldn't process my bail bcos the policemen were going out, so I had to go back! (Freedom is a good thing! U never kno what it is until u visit a cell) I still did not eat and I kept praying fervently that I won't sleep in that cell another night! Hours passed and it looked bleak that I wouldn't leave there, until past 8 on Friday my name was called.... FREEDOM!!!!!! I ran out (when they call your name in that cell, you have to shout "Confam"! Lol, if u don't they will slap your back lool!) now I have to pay back the money for my bail! It's a task, but my freedom is utmost! And I thank God!....

 I met some inmates who have no one to bail them, some murder suspects, fraud, breaking and entering e.t.c I just felt light! My body aches now but I know I would be fine!..

A TWISTED VIEW OF MARRIAGE!!!

People will see a man washing his clothes and instead of minding their business, they'll say "Ahh Oga Ejike, go and marry so you'll stop washing".

They'll see a man cooking and be like "Bro Ade, you need to get married so you can stop cooking".

A mother will look at his 35years old son who cannot wash his own boxers, boil water for tea or even make his own bed, a 35years old that cannot take his plates to the kitchen after eating and tell him "James, you need to settle down, get a woman to take care of you". SERIOUSLY??

In different ways, the society subconsciously tell men that they don't marry women for any reason other than cleaning, cooking and childbearing. I begin to wonder, does the average man need a wife or a glorified maid?

Many women look 3times their age all because of stress and exhaustion. You sit down in front of the TV with your phone and watch your wife work until she's about to pass out. REALLY??

Men, who told you that it is wrong to wash your own plates?

Who told you that it is wrong to wash your own clothes?

Who told you that it is wrong to dress your bed when you wake up?

What will it take to help your partner with chores in the house?

If a man wanted to be adopted as a child to be pet, pampered, fed and nursed. Then, he need not to seek marriage, he should rather offer himself up for an adoption at a motherless home to be pick up.

BUT If you want a wife, who you would love, cherish, do different things with, assist in some chores, and love her for the rest of your life, then get married.

AND if you are getting married because you feel you're becoming too old to do your own chores then get a maid.

Women are to be cherished, pampered and loved, not USED. Likewise men too.
