    Has Governor Okowa paid the pensioners of Delta State who, sadly enough, are dropping like flies, by the day, as they await their long-promised cheques just to feed? Not to mention paying salaries to current civil servants who have been owed 4 months unending. Which kain wicked pipo dey leadership 4 naija, biko? What sort of leadership is this that doesn't have a feel for the hardship the average Naija man/woman is facing? Rather, Okowa plans to spend scarce 350 million Naira to throw a welcome-back party for a certified thief...thanks to Scotland Yard.
