I saw myself crying yesterday. My son got admitted into Children's ward cos of a terrible fall he had. There comes a little girl( should be about 10yrs) with the mum. Mum said she was raped by a man aged 37. Jeez, the girl is walking like she has a big stick inbetween her legs. I learnt from the Drs that her womb has been displaced.
The thing is, i have read a lot of sexual abuse but never in my life come across one eyeball to eyeball. It's a very sad thing.
I felt for her, i cried. Asked the mum about the man and she said he's in police custody.
I'm afraid the man could be let out, Nigerian police. How can this case be taken further than police so that this man can rot in jail? I only have the mother's contact.
