Senator Ali Modu Sheriff, yesterday, continued his appeal for acceptance as National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, with a high level interaction with former President Goodluck Jonathan, who affirmed him a leader of the party.
Dr Jonathan, who received Sheriff in his Abuja residence at the end of the meeting, yesterday, declared that despite the problems in the party, it was not factionalised as being touted.
Speaking with newsmen shortly after closed door meeting with Sheriff, Jonathan said the former Borno State governor was a leader of the party.

DeleteI nor gree.He is not our PDP leader.I stand with Fayose and Wike.π π π
ReplyDeleteThe PDP governors are the "causer" of this problem. They had too much power and then made a mistake by imposing SAS even when the BOT members were against their action. I like PDP because it is cuts across all borders be it religion or ethnicity but for now I don't even care abt any party as all of them are just fighting for their interest. Even Sheriff is looking for a party where he can contest for the presidential position. They are all bothered about power and not service to the masses.
