What are you having?..I am having my usual soft bread and Omelet washed down with Caffeine free coffee.....Just light.
However what i feel like eating is the same bread with Agoyin beans..lol

Elixir, would you strain the cucumber? I usually strain mine and then use the liquid as a base. I am not ketoing oh, just saying how I usually do mine.

Just had plantain and custard with plenty of milk.it didn't really go down well with me.i ate it for the sake of eating.i crave for Ofada rice and peppered stew,I think that will do for Lunch.
