Goodafternoon the good people of my country Nigeria,it's indeed in tears I write you again but to be honest at this point I sincerely wished I had died that same day these soldiers molested me because olamilekan hit me with an iron rod countless times but I refused to give up but as it stance now I wish I had died but all the same God knows why everything is happening this way and I cant question him

Now you all must have had the news everywhere about one of the soldiers that molested me they said they have jailed the particular one that led the assault,I saw the news I kept quiet because it's not my business the Army can say or do anything to protect their own it's left for me to pursue the case or drop it instead people started calling and chatting me from all over the world to confirm if it's true that a thing like that happened I told them plainly that I don't know what the military are up to but then they can go ahead and do whatever they want since they decided to ignore me I have decided to mind my business but then at first I engaged the services of a Lawyer but when I found out the lawyer was not working because his attitudes towards me changed immediately I signed a retainer agreement with him.

 every thing about him changed he wasnt picking my calls he wasn't replying my SMS even my wasap messages but he will be busy telling his followers that him and his lawyers are doing their best on the case even the last time I went to porthacourt to see General Udoh and colonel Ibrahim that's the last story I narrated to the people about this whole thing I left pH in shame because they didn't even pity my condition not to talk of being nice to me I saw the soldier on duty and in uniform he was looking soo good and was even smiling at me no remorse anymore unlike when it newly happened that he was begging me not to take the case up I then found out that he must have been getting some word of encouragement from his superiors about the case honestly at first people started telling me to check if my lawyer has collected money from these people because of the way he was feeling less concerned about the case immediately after I signed for him on my own side and being the one it was happening directly I felt used already but I didn't give up I tried talking to him my lawyer about it but he was becoming worse by the day the day he managed to pick my call I was trying to explain to him how worried my mum,dad siblings and my uncle were about the whole thing most especially my safety because he told me to be careful of anybody around me he put fear in me so much that I was sooo scared of letting anybody close to me I hide my location away from people even my close friends that wished to visit little did I know he was trying to make me chase these people away so he can manipulate me at a point he brought marriage into the whole thing he said I should come to his house in lagos and continue my treatment that he will take care of my bills hmmm...Emeka Ugwuonye is someone I have heard his stories with ladies right from when I was living in UAE (Dubai) I heard about his sex scandals with one of the ladies I hold in high esteem for a long time(won't mention names) on fb so when he came up with that marriage and sex thing I shook my head and had to run for my life I said to myself if this man can do this to this lady then who am i, immediately I told him about the story I heard on how he brought this lady's nude pix to the media just to tarnish her image and threatened to expose more if she doesn't keep mute (blackmail) his attitude became worse and annoying he started using rough words on me if I tell him about my people's concern with the case he will start insulting me and my family,he will be like fuck you fuck ur parents and even that ur uncle that calls me hmmmm.....

Naturally he has this I know it all attitude at that point I couldn't face my uncle again because he had always wanted me to use his lawyer I kept quiet and was believing he will come up with something someday after like 1wk I was getting better I then heard about the trial in pH I then went there with his knowledge you guys already know the story

When I finally made up my mind to terminate my agreement with Emeka Ugwuonye which was also stated in the agreement that you can terminate if you wish but don't compromise was when I came back from pH and narrated what happened to him and even after hearing from the lawyer he sent to join me who came even when I was done with that he is not Emeka's lawyer that he only helps Emeka to bail some DPA members at the police station he went ahead to ask me what my case was all about smh meaning that this so called Lawyer didn't even know about my case he called aside asking me to narrate the story to him nawaoo honestly I felt like going mad I told him to plz Lests go he left I went back to onitsha now in anger and agony I told Emeka what happened Emeka said I should ignore .

To my greatest surprise that same night Emeka posted on DPA wall telling his followers that they improving that his lawyers are doing great job that the soldier faced trial that day that the army is taking the matter seriously hmmmm I was shocked to see that and people were praising him thanking him for job well-done some were calling him their saviour after that he asked people to come up with their 6k registration each, people were busy getting registered well that's his business but my own was why the lies why telling them the soldier faced trial even when I told him nothing like that happened that the guy was on duty that day I tried talking to him about the lies he tells with my name how I dislike it I told him if you want ppl to see you as a great person you must not lie,you can go ahead and do the needful like writing petition to the Nigerian Army Abuja not the way he was going about it normally he doesn't like advice he shouted at me and I said to myself that is it....Emeka plz I can't work with you anymore plz I want out

He thought I was joking he wrote me to remind that I signed not to compromise our agreement because he was sensing the GOC promised me money because initially the GOC kicked again my getting a Lawyer involved which I told him and I gave him an evidence to that as my lawyer .

In my mind I laughed I said so this man thinks that he is the only Lawyer in the world that can handle my case that's why he wasn't even thinking I might have taken another lawyer ok oo
The next day I wrote to him officially to terminate whatever I had with him I sent it to his mail and also on wasap he saw them and kept quiet the next tin he did after some days that I didn't even bother calling him he knew I was seriously because that was unlike me he then forward me a letter to threaten me

I was still working on how to get justice done when I read the news about sulaiman olamilekan being jailed for 28days in my mind I was like they should have just given him 24hours who cares.the next thing I saw on DPA wall was shocking to me Emeka continued with his business as usual on this matter he then posted that finally him and his lawyers have done it again they the soldier has been given 28days imprisonment and his people normally were jubilating while others also kicked against the 28days tin I wasn't happy atall because was just beating me and was also asking me not to cry the humiliation was just too much for me.

Emeka you and u know the army did this in their own you and I know this people have been ignoring me and you since so why lying that you and ur lawyers did it again.

Meanwhile this was how he hustled on chijioke's case but that one slipped of his hands because he was asking for the man's number but nobody in the group could provide it b4 the military got the guy first and he rested
I tried calling him all to no avail then I was forced to go comment in the post he made telling his followers that it was not him that did it infact that he is not my lawyer anymore I tried to explain to them that the military have been ignoring me and Emeka simply because they found out that Emeka was after discussing damages and compensation instead doing the right thing Emeka wanted It in an very easy way for him and that wasn't what I signed with him,I didn't sign we should go and be begging 6divison porthacourt for money all in the name of discussing damages and compensation which was what they told me to my face that the military don't discuss that and I asked them where that was coming from they said from the letter my Lawyer brought to their office now that figures out why they treated me like that it's simply because they didn't see any seriousness in us if not why go to pH in the first place

Because of the so much love his followers have for him they started attacking me in the post calling me an ingrate they alerted Emeka and all he could come up with ALLIGATION I was sleeping calls were coming even from his followers that are close to me even inbox messages they said I should come and explain myself that this man has finished me I went to the wall and saw what Emeka posted hmmm Emeka said that I collected 250k from General Udoh asin where he came up with the amount I just don't know
It happened that for him to tarnish me b4 people he needed to bring me as low as 250k he told the public that I had a good case that could have fetched me some good money as good as 150million but I messed it up with peanuts and he went ahead to block me from coming to comment to even defend myself and even at that his followers started following me around to my wall to everywhere at a point my good friends on Facebook ask I just ignore them go rest and later come to tell my own side of the story on my wall

Now my people I am not taking this long time to write just to argue with anybody or to welcome pity or to make anyone believe me but I just want to say here and now that TILL NOW AS I WRITE I HAVE NEVA HEARD FROM THE MILITARY NOT TO TALK OF COLLECTING MONEY FROM THEM

Emeka later yesterday said that he was giving me till 12noon to come and apologize to him on his wall for saying he is not my lawyer and for saying he is wicked if not he will tell the public why I was desperate about money and collected that little from the military immediately I knew what he was going to do but I was refusing to be blackmailed by Emeka simply because I said no to his services
Yesterday evening he continued convincing his follower about the money

Now to people saying he gave my case publicity you guys should remember that I was the one that made the first post about this that had 7.6k comments and 3k shares remember also that I went to the barracks in pains to report these soldiers I need not tell you that I would have forgotten about this case if I didn't want to take it up now it's now Emeka that did all that DPA members also recall that it was just yesterday that you guys got to know about my retainer agreement with him he never mentioned it in the group why because he has managed to convince you guys that he is the voice of the voiceless...Well its not my biz shaa

Emeka Ugwuonye you have done well on ur side but you are definitely not God and you will never be God of second chance I am alive and happy today is a miracle you can't take my joy away brother...you cant

To Nigerian Army you people should continue keeping quiet I don't have anything to say to you now only time shall tell
