By the way oh,who are the people who study speeches delivered and cry wolf...or does the person who copied it leak the info thereafter that the speech was copied?

      It's originator is Woodrow Wilson, who died in 1924, over 90 years ago, which makes that statement ok to use without citing him.

      Copyright laws allow people to use other people's work 70 year after their death without quoting them.

      This is common knowledge.
