Enter your comment...choi..I can identify with no 3.
ReplyDeleteLet me help you enter the comment, lol...i hated no 5 the most. If you flog me na chest pain plus fainting things straight. lol...
DeleteThere's no squat? Hmmm. That's was mad punishment in Command. If seniors wan punish u die, they'll tell u 2 go go squat on d lawn, under serious sun. D witches will put books on ur hands, 2 ensure ur hands r levelled. D books drop, serious flogging
DeleteIn almost all f schools I attended, I was always d teachers pet n beloved one.
DeleteWas I charge writing names of noise makers so...
For general punishment, pls don't tell me to 'frog jump' !
I hate no 3 it can destabilize the whole body
Delete@ candy so you are also a commando. And from ur write-up na boarding. That squatting was the truth. Could not wait to become a sen. By the way which of them did I attend? I went to ipaja
DeleteMr koboko God will never forgive you o! Ha! That man showed me pepper!
DeleteMen number 3 nearly killed me
DeleteI did a lot of kneeling down, pulling of the ears and few koboko while growing up. I was a stubborn child. Choi.
DeleteNumber 3 is the one I hate so much!
ReplyDeleteI was not stubborn growing up. So I never really got punished. But 3 is the worst for me.
Delete3 was the worst... they didn't add 'Squat' so hated those two punishments.
Delete3 and 5. Instead of flogging me on my bum bum, just give me 100 lashes on my palm. I go receive am with joy. ππππ
ReplyDeleteI hated taking cane on my ass eh...it always humbled me.. Boarding house and punishment.. I think that pick pin actually made me loose weight... That was the only punishment seniors used a lot back then
DeleteThe basic punishment in my school then was cutting of portion of grass, and I so hate it.
ReplyDeleteYour own is good. If you were asked to number 4 or 5 under the hot sun, which in my case always left me shaking, sweating and crying all at the same time cutting of grass would have been preferable lol.
Delete4. Hahahaha
ReplyDeleteIts number 3 oo pick pin....chai it was painful..
ReplyDelete3
ReplyDeleteno 3 oooooooo
ReplyDeleteThe worst punishment I did in secondary school isn't here oo. I always hated copying notes and it's very much compulsory for you to copy notes. I remember Mr. Hakeem integrated science class, I'll never copy my notes until it's a week to submit your notes for it to be marked by the subject teacher.
DeleteThat day, Mr. Hakeem didn't inform us he's going to mark our notes. He asked the class reps to collect our notes and submit to him. Omo, nobody agreed to borrow me their notes for me to copy from. Everyone one submitted except me, I was hoping he won't notice so, the next morning I'll sneak my own note to his desk. Where I intended copying the note from, I didn't know all I knew is that there was going to be a way.
During prep, Mr. Hakeem came to my class (arm A), called my name and some other people's name whose notes weren't complete but they submitted. He went to the nest arm of my class and did same, we were about 10. He called us to the biology lab and introduced a punishment to us, it's called AGAMA π. You are to lie down (in a press up position) your elbows and toes would be the only thing supporting you, your body mustn't touch the floor. That day was so horrible. We did it from prep time till close of school ie, over 40minutes of agony. Kai!
....the next week, we stopped seeing Mr. Hakeem around in school (it wasn't me!)
Hmm@rocky. Na who we go ask....
DeleteUna kee the man chop abi?
Hated all except 5 which I never experienced because my school and parents were against it.
ReplyDeleteI was never stubborn. The punishment that gets to me more is when someone shouts at me. Till now, it's the only thing that gets to me.
Purnishment 3. DAT pick pin of a thing is not DAT easy. One will be sweating at the same time shaking.
ReplyDeleteno 3 ooooooooo i fear it like tomorrow no dy.

Just like you, my father get so angry with anyone who dares to lift a cane to flog his princess,I was not flogged when I was growing but one day,my class was making and the principal flogged all of us that day,my bum was swollen and my father had me transferred from that school, because it was a private school, the woman begged but my dad refused saying "I am raising her to be a princess and nobody should make her feel less".
DeleteLmaooo @ tu tu lu pin.

As a kid, it was cutting grass. Had blisters all over my hands mehnn...thank God say person don grow
Awwww @ TZ. God bless your Dad.
DeleteDaddies Rock!

ReplyDeleteEvery other one of those is what people pay money to do today, we now call it exercise.
If you are familiar with gym exercises, you'll understand what I'm talking about.

ReplyDeleteI was hardly punished oo, I was the type that will throw something at a teacher or make a bad remark and the teacher will turn and punish my friends seating near me coz I was very innocent looking, baby face till today
ReplyDeleteLolzz.None .I've always been very disciplined from childhood. No wonder I was made d senior prefect. My academic excellence also contributed.

Na real federal u go. That sentence 'squat and fly ur arms' will send shivers down ur spine
DeleteBeing flogged on the bum. My business studies teacher loved meting out that punishment to us, both make and female.
ReplyDeleteAnd she was female.
No 1 & 2 na for ajebutter children but the rest na for ajepako and public school pikin.
ReplyDeleteI hate number 3 with passion.
ReplyDeleteNo 5, it happened the few times i was late for schl. I was hardly ever punished in school cos i avoided problems and cos my size (small stature) made teachers let me go.
ReplyDeleteI detest 3 hennn! kai! When one is finally freed and asked to do your chores and sleep, omo the sleep dey bad gan. Let the roof of the house be pulled off, such a person won't even know. Na wa!
ReplyDeleteI hate cains too. 3 and 6 mbanu for me.
ππππππ
DeleteThat punishment has a way of just altering your whole system. You go just weak from head to toe. Life go just tire you.

ReplyDeletePeople find it hard to believe when I say I went through school without any doing any form of punishment.
ReplyDeleteI was everyone's darling, but I was also as stubborn as they come.
On few occasions when I was asked to kneel down or lie flat on the floor, I bluntly refused. Yeah, I was that stubborn.
Good thing I was also seen as a very fragile being, his no one wanted to be responsible for breaking me in half.. Lol
Dum Vita est spes est
No 3 is my mum's favourite, she will say 'Oya lo stool down,o le wa pami'

Mmadu tara afufu biko
3 and 5 was a no no for me.
ReplyDeleteI hated no. 5.
ReplyDeleteBut every teacher that flogged me had injury in return.
No 3 and 4. No 3 is crazy, Catarh will be coming out from one nose and going into the other. In less than 3mins of doing this, your whole body becomes disorganised. Works like lethal injection (lol). No 3, is not even punishment, it is torture and eventual murder.
ReplyDeleteThe way number 3 will make ur body shake ehn!!
ReplyDeleteLol
I wonder who invented these punishments for children sef
I loved no 5 because if my mum doesn't beat you immediately. You will squat till you can't feel your legs no more
