Why is the state still owing pensioners when some states cleared up that debt before the New Year?

  19. Is it not the same Rochas that bought 27 Prado jeeps for Imo House of Assembly members? It's just really tiring and depressing the kind of stories we hear in this country. This same Rochas was owing salaries even when bail out funds was given to states.
