He told them they should have come to discuss with him but that since they were not corporating he was not ready to talk to them anymore...He told them he is the constituted authority and remains so...The students kept boo-ing him.

Yes we know he doesn't have the funds to improve the system but he could have demonstrated empathy, sympathy and sensitivity to the plight of those students instead of asking them if he's the one that shut down their school!!!

The government has no money means you the governor should be going to beg them to have patience and you need to show them exactly how you are planning to ensure that they obtain what they came to your school for.
