READ AND BE CAREFUL

I've been praying to God for a good job since I finished service last year, so when I got the message to come for this interview, I was happy. Since, I wasn't sure of 'how' and 'when' I applied for the job, I decided to do a quick search on Google to know what the company stands for, and it was no where to be found. Then, I called the no on the letter to ask for the official website.

The guy that picked rudely told me to check Google, which I already did before. But just to confirm again, I ended the call and checked again, still no sign. Then I called him back, and he told me the site was undergoing an upgrade.

I checked the name written on the letter online, nobody, living or dead, bears the name. So I went.

The office happens to be in a building with some flats. Downstairs, there was a Law firm, and another office. I knew because there was an indicator on their door. But this company which was just upstairs had no indicator or sign post to indicate what they do. I went inside, and fellow BV's, there was no souvenir, calendar or anything (even if it was from other organisations that rendered similar services).

I sat down and they started talking and telling us how to make millions in 6months, travel abroad, own a house etc if you work with them. I knew it was too good to be true, and it comes at a price. They claimed to be into entrepreneurship and training. They said they'll select few lucky people who passed the interview to come for a training, which was the next and final stage, and made it look like they were doing us a huge favour by turning us to millionaires.

They refused to take questions there, and insisted you meet them personally for any questions you could have. I told one of them that the name of the organisation doesn't tally with what they claimed to be into. But they kept covering up, not wanting to expose anything or say anything. We were told to go and they'll call us back.

I was called. The night to when I was supposed to go for the training, my mum kept having a bad feeling about it, ad she asked me to pray, which I did. Then I had a dream that I was asked for my blood when I got there. I challenged the lady that asked me for my blood, and she said it was for HIV and blood test. Then I told her I wasn't giving my blood for anything, which led to a fight, and I woke up. But in the process of rushing and trying not to run late, I forgot about the dream.

On getting there this time around, the 'supposed' CEO came and kept brain-washing us for 4hours. Then he said we had to pay #3,000 for the training materials. I wasn't against it, because who doesn't want to make money now? But again, they refused to take questions, except in private, even when a lady tried to make trouble by forcing them to answer questions. Then I became uneasy and knew there was trouble.

Well, I left the place unhurt, but I am sending this in because I have mixed feelings about this organisation. I am here and thankful, but I don't want people to fall prey to something that could be deadly. Please if you are in a postion to investivate anything, please investigate these people and bring them to book if they are not for good. I don't mean to spoil business for anyone, but I sense danger.

Note: 1, the office was structured in a way that if anything happens, they'll run away without a trace.

2, The people that claimed to be earning millions looked hungry. I was even well-dressed than either of them.

3, It is called 'Sign Homes', meaning they should be dealing in real estate, building material, housing, buying and selling of land, and (or) anything that deals with building. But they claimed to be dealing in empowerment and training. They also claimed to be affiliated with NHIS.

4, If you know they are legit, you can disclaim this. I am only stating my observations, and warning job-seekers to be wary of some supposed companies. Many people have been killed in the quest to earn a better livelihood.

Well, I am still unemployed, but my life is important to God even if it is not to anyone else.

It baffles me though...what do they achieve with this method of scam?Is it the Registration monies they get or is there something else like juju involved?

Please any advert i post here that turns out like this just send in the gist and even if it the venue, please make fotos and snap their faces and we will disgrace them

HELLO BABY (Confession of a love struck Igbo boy)

(Inspired by GoldenVic and Ochukenyin)

Sweetie m.

Like container wey just land for port,

Your face brings boundless joy to my heart.

Like newly prepared ofe akwu,

Your presence has sweetened my life.

For my life has always registered a recurring cycle of sourness.

Like the news of Ojukwus exile to Ivory Coast to the igbo nation,

The sight of you left me dazed in my tracks.

Your voice is just like the sound of bank alert nne.

Always gentle and reassuring my fearful heart that all is well.

Bia.

Odi ka Chukwu na cho gi o.

(It seems God is looking for you)

Because a sight of an angelic face like yours is very uncommon.

Odi ka gi ne ji honey sa cha ahu gi

(It seems you bath in honey)

Because you have positively added to my life without adding any sorrowful side effects.

Gi bu ihe m nacho

(You are the one I was searching for)

The Obiano, God sent to rearrange my messed up Onitsha looking life.

The Ikpeazu, God sent to clean up my Aba looking mess created by TA Orji looking devil.

The Okowa, God sent to beautify and revamp my dull Asaba looking life.

The shoprite that continually fascinates my localized Onitsha(ristic) mind

And the ubulu brown salt that seasons my soup and life perfectly when I am in turmoil.

Ka anyi je London,

Let me buy all the dresses from Harold to match your beauty.

Ka anyi je Italy Asa nwa,

Let me buy you all the Giuseppe Zanotti and to adorn your feet.

Ka anyi je Monaco,

  9. Two elderly ladies were outside their nursing home smoking camels cigarette, when it started to rain. One of the ladies pulled out a condom, cut off the end, put it over her cigarette, and continued smoking.

The second lady asked, "What's that?"

"A condom," the other lady responded. "This way my cigarette doesn't get wet."

"Where did you get it?" the second lady asked.

"You can get them at any drugstore."

The next day, the second lady hobbled herself down to the local drugstore and announced to the pharmacist that she wants a box of condoms.

The pharmacist looked at her strangely (she is after all, over 80 years of age), but politely asks what brand she prefers.

"It doesn't matter as long as it fits a Camel."

    The pharmacist fainted.

  12. IHN is here. HARDCORE TRUTH ABOUT MARRIAGE!!! BY BISHOP DAVID OYEDEPO

    1. There is nothing that threatens the security of a wife than the thought of another woman competing for the attention and affection of her husband. Nothing is more painful. Nothing is more disrespecting. Nothing is more insulting. Nothing is more belittling and degrading.

    2. Marriage flourishes when the couple work together as a team; when both husband and wife decide that winning together is more important than keeping score.
Good marriages don't just happen. They are a product of hard work.

    3. Your children are watching you and forming lasting opinions on love, commitment, and marriage based on what they see in you. Give them hope. Make them look forward to marriage.

    4. Husbands: The reason why other women look attractive is because someone is taking good care of them. Grass is always green where it is watered. Instead of drooling over the green grass on the other side of the fence, work on yours and water it regularly. Any man can admire a beautiful woman, but it takes a true gentleman to make a woman admirable and beautiful.

    5. When a husband puts his wife first above everyone and everything except God, it gives his wife the sense of security and honor that every wife hungers for.

    6. A successful marriage doesn't require a big house, a perfect spouse, a million dollars or an expensive car. You can have all the above and still have a miserable marriage. A successful marriage requires honesty, undying commitment and selfless love and Jesus at the center of it all.

    7. Pray for your spouse every day; in the morning, in the afternoon and at evening. Don’t wait until there is a problem. Don’t wait until there is an affair. Don’t wait until something bad happens. Don’t wait until your spouse is tempted. Shield your spouse with prayer and cover your marriage with the fence of prayer.

    8. The people you surround yourself with have a lot of influence on your marriage. Friends can build or break your marriage; choose them wisely.

    9. One spouse cannot build a marriage alone when the other spouse is committed to destroying it. Marriage works when both husband and wife work together as a team to build their marriage.

    10. Don't take your spouse for granted. Don't take advantage of your spouse's meekness and goodness. Don't mistake your spouse's loyalty for desperation. Don't misuse or abuse your spouse's trust. You may end up regretting after losing someone that meant so much to you.

    11. Beware of marital advice from single people. Regardless of how sincere their advice may be, most of it is theoretical and not derived from real life experiences. If you really need Godly advice, seek it from God-fearing, impartial and prayerful mature couples whose resolve has been tested by time and shaped by trials.

    12. Dear wife, Don't underestimate the power of the tongue on your marriage. The tongue has the power to crush your marriage or build it up. Don't let the Devil use your tongue to kill your spouse's image, self-confidence and aspirations. Let God use your tongue to build up your marriage and bless and praise your spouse.

Please, send this to as many couple as you know, love and care about...
Also send to singles to help prepare their minds for marriage.
    God bless you.
    My New Year Message.

  24. My aunty's husband was a business man doing well for himself, acquired properties, lands, houses n cars. The money got to him n he started having girlfriend's spending lavishly, ignoring his children's welfare, the car he bought for his wife had issues he asked her to give him for repairs but gave his girlfriend afterwards. He sold all his houses, unknowingly to the wife, the last one was seized by a bank because he was unable to pay off his loan, he rented an apartment for his family n was arrested by his business associates because of unpaid debt, his families abandoned him, girlfriend's left him! his wife was the only person that stood by him, she paid lawyers(first one left, had to get another); went hungry, borrowed money, he was in prison for over 9 months. She eventually helped him out but was way deep in dept. Not a word of appreciation came out of him! he packed all valuables n belongings in the house, in the wife's absence n moved to one of his girlfriend's place. He broke all communications. They have been separated ever since, she's left alone to cater for four children with her petty business, she has become hypertensive n always experience several health challenges, doctors have warned her to stop thinking because its affecting her health real bad but she can't help it. With each passing day, 'she sinks into dept, fees yet unpaid, shop rent, can't afford a house(landlord kicked them out) she n her children sleeps in her shop(despite that the roof leaks seriously when rain falls) several times sleeps hungry. She is beginning to sound depressed, as she has lost hope, help isn't coming from anywhere, families have abandoned them. One of her daughter is yet to go back to school even though lectures have started, the other struggled to go back but their fees, house rents, feeding n school related fee keeps piling up. The burden is just too much for her to bear alone. She needs help fast. The son just graduated, one is an undergraduate, the other is running a program in a university, last in secondary school. 34. APOLOGY FROM ATHEIST TO CHIKITO BABE

..Ok now, who hacked my account yesterday and rained venom on
Chikito and her brother? Lol.... that'd be a cowards way out.
Apparently, my come back at her got a lot of BVs disappointed and
frowning, the name "Atheist" already offends some, then to add salt to injury, i am displaying insensitivity, and to think my 1st Jan post was talking bout 4givness, i even waved the white truce flag, but no she spat on it and burned it regardless, tagging me "Stupid, Foolish, It, He-goat" at every post that reminds her of weed or mental disorder, mind you, i'm someones brother also....funny how no one raised the caution flag, till she hit a vital nerve and i returned the favour without considering my choice of weapon, after the launch i realized it was a nuclear weapon i sent, instead of a kite and it boomeranged.
we've all got our boiling points, sadly.
Even if words are like a loaded gun, and cant be retrieved when fired, i can still take responsibility and apologize for my mistakes, i shouldnt have launched my attack on her family. I hope your brother gets back strong on his feet. *Hugz

    *****

Now that's some Linda Ikeji type of apology right there! Apologizing but not really apologizing LMAO

Apology that lacks all the qualities of a real apology which defeats it's purpose - an insincere apology.. a political and diplomatic one! LMAO..

    : HAPPILY EVER AFTER!!!!
My name is Ibukun, you can just call me Ib as that is what I am called by everybody anyway. I am sited at my desk in this office this Friday morning reflecting on my life these past 5 years. The mistakes I made, the decisions I took and how this job that meant the whole world to me has suddenly become a burden. I remember the day I met my husband here in the city of Abuja, I came for my job interview and he had come to have a meeting with one of the marketers. He could see how nervous I was sitting at the reception waiting to be called that he offered to wait and take me for a drink after. I gave him the meanest look I could muster and told him to mind his business. See me preparing my mind for the biggest job interview of my life and there he was chasing woman. I composed myself and went in for the interview with my laptop almost falling from my hands. I could already tell they loved all the samples of my designs I showed them from the looks on their faces. After all, I am fully invested in my profession as an architect and this kind of opportunity trust me, is not common. I showed them some beautiful 3D designs and drafted floor plans. I came out all smiling and confident. I went to the road to hail and taxi and Lo and behold, he had been waiting for me.
That was how Ifemidayo began to capture my heart. We had a very interesting relationship. he was everything I had been looking for in a man. he was gentle, hardly ever got angry for more than an hour and never even pressured me about sex. He was such a gentleman. To seal it up my family loved him. It even seemed like my parents and my siblings loved him more than me. Ifemi as I call him was the ideal man for me. Two years later, we got married in Lagos where my family home is and then we travelled to Dubai for our honeymoon. I had been working for 2 years now and my job was very well paying so we could afford a reasonable wedding and a nice honeymoon. Ifemi had a good job too with a consulting firm. It was one of these coded firms in Abuja that had plenty money to pay their staff. We were comfortable, we were in love and we loved God. It seemed like nothing could go wrong. We rented a nice two bedroom flat in Gwarinpa about a month before the wedding and we both had our cars already so all was set for a great life ahead. We came back to Abuja after the honeymoon to live happily ever after... or so we thought..

"My mama no get shishi before she marry my papa (big man's son in their community). Na my pregancy she take go University, gave her driver and maid to make her comfortable sef. Trained her younger ones too up to university level. He never says it to anyone except when they want to recallgist. 40 years and counting, they are going strong. So what's all this??!!"

Chikito can you please explain...cos it seems like you said your Mom was pregnant with you when she was in Uni...also insinuated that she got married and was sent to school by your Dad...and that your parents are 40 years into their marriage...so from all you wrote it points to you being in your late 30s...is this so...I ask cos you once said you were in your early 20s..? Pls try to respond without insults as the only reason I'm asking you this is to be clear since you have given us all the right to question your life by bringing it here. Cheers!

I just can't imagine how people feel comfortable using job opportunities to steal the little we have? God is watching them and they will never have rest of mind.

I'm a young single mum, parents are alive, that doesn't mean I dont need financial assistance. just that some of us have a conscience, I can't come and lie that my baby daddy died and I'm an orphan just because I need help. it seems that what helpers look for, lies brewed from the pits of hell by some bvs here. please, angels on this blog, not only people with sob stories need your help, some just squander the money. some people have good business ideas but need capital. now I am looking for sponsors for a radio programme I hope to air. no way. 72. The doctor then tried to explain about how this was a rare complication and all but I just was not listening anymore. I looked at Ifemi's eyes and I could see the judgment in his eyes. I came off my bed and held him begging but he looked at me and said, it was your decision, fix it anyhow you like and he walked out. I just cannot believe this is happening. The tears won't stop falling. All I wanted was to delay pregnancy for a while, I knew I shouldn't have lied to my husband but how was I to know I would have such a complication. I am so lost right now, I don't even know what to do. Will Ifemi ever come back? Am I even still married? My phone started ringing and I looked at the phone and saw it was my mother in law. Oh God! Ifemi must have called
    : HAPPILY EVER AFTER 4
My mother in law spoke to me at length that day. Ifemi had never spoken to her about our marriage before so for him to have called her, she knew I had taken it too far. She said I had taken my job as a priority over my marriage and it would take God to win my hubby back. At the end of that conversation, I felt so weak and broken. I was surprised to see Ifemi arrive back at the hospital the next morning before my surgery. He was not smiling nor speaking to me but his presence there gave me hope. Over the next few weeks, they had to perform 3 surgeries to finally repair all the damage. Ifemi was there all through providing all the support I needed but he still was not speaking to me. The doctor told us that the complications were very bad and my chance of having a baby immediately was 50%. They had done all they could and all was left in God’s hands. I could tell from the way Ifemi looked at me that forgiveness was a long shot not when he still could not have the baby he wanted.
By the time I went back to work Ifemi and I were still not in a good place. I had tried several times to seduce him and get him to even touch me but he just turns around and refuses. The last time I woke him in the night to talk about how we can move on, he just said, “you should have had this conversation before taking decisions by yourself” and went back to sleep. Ifemi that used to come home straight from work now comes back around 10pm, at times later. I just could not fathom how one single action could have broken my marriage this way. The other day, I made him breakfast and he said he wasn’t hungry, I tried to cajole him to eat it and he said, “have you poisoned the food? It is definitely not beyond you, If you can lie for 3 years, you can definitely kill me”. I cried for a long time that day, I shouted and fought. I reminded him of how he said for better for worse and how it was just one mistake but he simply looked at me and walked out. We were living together like strangers in the same house. I definitely cannot spend the rest of my life begging him. It has been 2 months already.

once i Google and i can't find your organization; nothing would make me waste my tp and go to your company except on very rare cases.

be careful my fellow job seekers, there are rituals who pose as recruiters. heard of a lady that was asked to pay some money and was still raped on top of it.

Would I now get a separate apartment in Abuja or what do I do? If I go back to Abuja now, where do I live? Another hotel? I did not even have friends I could live with. Just as I was thinking of that, my phone beeped, I got an email. I had to read the mail about 4 times to understand that I had just been sacked due to downsizing blah blah blah. Another round of tears started. This could not have happened at a worse time. After all I had given to that company, now they know they are downsizing? I had heard rumours of it but I never thought in a million years it could affect me. I was not even in Abuja to go fight and raise hell about it. It was really beginning to feel like my whole world had come crushing down. Maybe it was a bad idea to pack out of the house after all. We could take the baby and settle the mother far away from us. That looked like a possible option. I decided to chill an stew in Lagos for one more week before going back home to Abuja.
Immediately I made that decision, I started to feel better. I would definitely get another job but another husband? That is a big NO. I started calling up old friends in Lagos and spent the whole week visiting and hanging out.
By Thursday, Ifemi started calling me. I refused to pick his call but I was smiling in my mind. Now he has come to his senses. I’ll leave him to be sad till Sunday and I’ll take the morning flight home. I booked my ticket immediately, I really was starting to accept the idea of the child. On Friday morning, there was a knock on my hotel room door. I was surprised to see my mum but her face was scary. I have never seen my mum so sad before. I kept asking her what was wrong but she asked me to sit down. Immediately I did, I knew my life was over. She said Ifemi had decided to come meet me in Lagos yesterday evening and he had a car accident on his way to the airport in Abuja. I said, so how is he? Is he okay? I need to get to the hospital immediately. My mum pulled me and said, they tried very hard in the hospital but Ifemi died at about 2am this morning. I could hear screams but I did not even know they were coming from me. I felt myself landing on the bed, I knew I kept shouting but I know nothing else that happened there after. How could I have killed the person I love most in this world?

I was sent an SMS for interview when I got there, we were so many, I hate interviews or test where candidates are many, but i told myself to give it a short .the office was so untidy ,I sat down and they started to brain wash us that we can become a millionaire within 3months like magic etc , then some people got up and left the so called CEO said that this is how people miss out on their breakthrough that they have not heard the end of his message he has for us some people left the hall rudely na so i get up and left before they hypnotise me
Ever since then if am sent an SMS or mail for interviews I go to narialand to ask if people have heard about the company and what they do
