    2. Yes that's why he hasn't stood to be elected in public office, it's about time we learnt that when you're elected in office you gotta work!!!basic emenities like water and light are not to be a privilege.

In Ghana, artists, professionals and even the old came out to demonstrate against the government by wearing red on fridays;and guess what?,it worked! !! We kicked his ass out! !!
You guys are learners mehnn! !! Nigerians being taken for granted since independence! !!

    8. Tu face is leading a protest and now cos it's tuface people are in support of it. I won't deny that things are worse and I won't argue that there is no recession. My point is where was Tu face during Jonathan's 6 year regime?
Does it means that Jonathan did everything perfectly, does it means things were not bad, does it means peopld did not steal.
Oh I understand Jonathan is from his side / region. If it were to be another person, maybe I won't argue but Tu faces' protest is more than recession or hard time.
      Jonathan and Buhari= same thing.
      My opinion

Ghandi once said be the change you want to see in the world today .. tufave is trying to be the change he wants.. so because he made mistakes in the past and so?? Are you any better.. people need to think before they talk .. my mother thought me if you have nothing good to say be quiet..

    11. I'm a chronic fan of Tuface music but on this one, its a no for me.

I actually got his message and after reading thru, I deleted immediately cos it didn't really make much sense.

Protest are geared towards achieving a goal.. A good example is the SAVE NIGERIA protest aimed at compelling the institution to do the rightful. Anoda is the 2012 subsidy protest. So many other examples of protest during the military era.

Having said that,Tuface is leading a protest about failed governance, and the resolve is to get elected office holders to explain to us why/they have failed us and that enuf is enuf.

OK, (here we go) if enuf is enuf, you can only change the current crop after 4 yrs in 2019. Unfortunately and painfully, that's the truth.

Also, the siad protest Looks like it has political undertone. (My opinion)

After the office holders address protesters, what's next?

I will suggest that he Tubaba contest for an office and see if he can make a difference, just as some guys in the entertainment industry did.

Lastly, the prof is right.... But he was too personal. Good protest need good leaders .... Articulate, outspoken leaders that govt shivers at the sound of their voice. Tuface isn't one. And I seriously doubt his credentials to manage resources cos he was lucky he didn't catch HIV and kill himself cos he was sleeping around without protection and kept recycling same women over and over.

He is no different than BUBU

    7. So cos tuface is everything listed above he isn't allowed to be a citizen of his country anymore? Sigh.

People are just sick. Ok so if tuface had gone to school and had kids with just one woman he will be the right person for the protest?

So that means the protest sounds sensible but the person leading it is the issue.. sigh. That's the problem we have in nigeria. They always miss the point of the message and attack the messenger.

    8. Where is the lie? A man must first master himself to be a ruler of others. In this case, Tuface can hardly be a role model to young men to stay faithful in a relationship and respect their woman. So..point taken for those who can read between the lines.

Am also guessing tuface is the only unfaithful man existing on this planet hence he carries all the sins of the world, so he isn't allowed to think that he can be relevant in his country right?

    1. Change begins with us.

Sadly, the average nigerian is made up of
      - Hypocrisy
      - Nepotism
      - Lack of independent thought
      - Materialism
      - Arrogance

We're reactionary and not proactive, that's why politicians make us dance to their tunes with ease.
We want everything done for us but are unwilling to do by ourselves. We demand justice but praise criminals.

I've said it before and will keep saying it. The only way we can be redeemedis for everyone 13 and above to die so that we don't poison the minds of the next generation

    2. What has your personal life got to do with demanding good governance? It's your right. Don't you know that? Those in elected offices are answerable to people who put them there. It's like saying your paid steward is allowed to misbehave and act like he or she is doing you a favor because your personal life isn't perfect. Does that make any sense? I'm befuddled by the reasoning of Nigerians concerning their government.

Well... The people are quite deserving of their leaders.

Hey ann17:20 wise up a personal life is not the same as public life. Why is 2baba not marching for the goals you have not achieved or anybody out there. Your buba and shokoto actions affects the life of people, while that of 2baba has nothing to do with 170million nigerians.the moment you become a president or governor ur achievement is not about you but how it affects the people you rule.so what any body acheive or not has nothing to do with 169 million nigerians,u not inclusive.

Since then, he has stood by what he brought upon himself and has never slacked. Those children are well taken care of.
Now president buhari knew what he was getting into, he used propaganda and manipulation to drive the former president away and made Nigerians to know that he was equal to the task. Then he took the mantle and can no longer meet up with the responsibilities he chose by himself.

  72. Mr Prof..as Pope John Paul that you is naa [in Nedu's voice]! Well done! i bet in your youth ,you never sowed any wild oats and married as a virgin! Tuface made his mistakes as a young man and thankfully retraced his steps and towed the right path. His call for mass action is what the likes of you with all your grey hairs of non-wisdom have not had the guts to do! One day,Nigeria will be rid of all the senile old brigade from Obasanjo to Babangida to Ikimi to Liar Mohd that have made us a retrogressive society.Amen
