Guess who my friend found on dating website Match.com?......A profile of Nollywood actor Joseph Benjamin and he is allegedly looking for love.
The spotter who is also single and is no longer actively involved in Making movies swears the actor is the one when i told her I didnt think Joseph would do this...

ReplyDeleteThis Joseph is a con man he preys on nigerian women who live overseas. He was asked for friendship from me on Facebook. I was a bit taken back because I did not know him, I accepted his friendship. Then he started with his sweet mouth "hi beautiful" " hi baby " stuff like that. I decided to play along with him like I was interested. I knew he wanted he wanted something from me, he then asked for me if I was on whatsapp I said yes. He wanted my number I gave it to him, for almost 2 weeks we communicated on whatsap. He told me he was an actor and a divorced father of 2 who lives in lekki. I also told him about myself, then he proceeded to ask me for a favour, I asked what it was. He said he needed money to buy a camera, I was shocked because he is an actor and lives in lekki why would he ask me who he has never met and also a single parent. I was pissed off because I knew he does this to other ladies. I told him no and he never whatsapp me again. I then checked his profile on Facebook, he had numerous profiles all targeting nigerian women overseas!!! I just want you ladies to be careful all that glitters is not gold.

But I'm not the one 😂 It's Facebook's own that trips me. I will be seeing my pictures with names and status updates that I know nothing of. I had to make a police report because I'm sure many are being duped with my profile. Also, One time my younger sis was minding her biz at the mall when one guy walked up to her and accused her of taking his 100k and not showing up. After plenty talk (she had to call me to come and intervene) he opened the so-called profile. Hehe. My sis just laughed showed him her I.D card and her real profile. And the persons written English was really poor. The guy sef had to apologize cos he admitted that he can recall some conversational gaps.
