I broke up with him and he sent me 20k immediately. Then I concluded that he was being stingy intentionally. I can never go back to him. Wicked stingy guy. And he is rich. ReplyDeletePersonally, I see where she's coming from. There was a day I was coming home from school (when the protest changed and we were asked to leave school immediately). I had gotten to yaba and took a bus to my next stop. In that bus, there were these lovers who lapped each other. I don't know what they were trying to achieve; I don't know if they didn't have enough money or they loved each other so much they can't be separated. You need to see the way people were irritated in the bus. They were even playing love in the bus. Trust my naija old people na, they embarrassed the couple there.
I was seated directly in front of them feeling very ashamed for them.
Imagine if they had a ride, I don't think anyone would tell them rubbish when they are playing love.

ReplyDeleteTo each their own. When I met my hubby, he did not have a car. We used to take cabs alot. And we have been married for 3 years with just one car. But my sister every summer time, we are in different countries. Even our honeymoon abroad. Had my kids abroad. And by God's grace we are acquiring our properties.

According to him, It wasn't a necessity then since he joined staff bus to work morning n evening n lived where taxis were accessible. He works with one of d reputable oil companies here in 9ja. My sister I no look back accept his proposal cos I knew car was a small suntin for him. He bought a car the very month he paid my dowry n bought it in my name. Do u know this man keeps buying cars every year now like crazy. Thank God I looked beyond car cos now I'm enjoying this guys wealth like mad. Nwanne, I married a stinkingly RICH short guy.
