Hi Stella, I stumbled across your blog sometime last month when I downloaded Google Chrome and I've been there every day since then. Great job.

I decided to share my experience. I served in lokoja, batch B, stream 2, 2015, I'm one of the freshest ex Corp member. 

When I saw my posting, I was indifferent because it was one of the states i picked. I connected with some people on n****land and so I already had friends before camp.. Lucky me. 

Asaya Camp in kabba was freezing cold. Went for parade for two days and ran to the clinic to escape 'jagam' as per medico plus free charging.. We had light.. Some funny guys that always came to see my fresh face all in the name of being ill... Camp was fun, i enjoyed the socials oo.. You should see really beautiful girls without brains. I met really great people that made the three weeks the best for me.


I was posted to a hospital in lokoja.. No payment but I learnt a lot.. Was sexually harassed by my immediate boss, happened more than once in the office... He finally let me be when he saw I wasn't cooperating.. I don't do married men oo. I noticed that most Kogi men are like that. 

I had a roommate that whenever I ate her food, I had severe food poisoning and running water was hard to come by.... It was not funny. She also had this unshakable belief that all men are cheats.
Good thing about the service year was that all of my friends were in lokoja and the same cds so it was fun. My hang out buddy and my favorite buddy always made me laugh.. They were always arguing.. 

All in all, service year was fun... I enjoyed it.
