    This is a ridiculous response. If you have the money, why overdrawn another account? Something doesn't add up. Before anyone starts talking about cash backed loans, let me say as a CFP, that is the most ridiculous thing to do. Why pay higher interest to borrow and earn lower interest on ur deposit?

    Sanusi is right. The loan is illegal as it is not approved by the legislative branch.
