They go to locations most time and because they have a lot to achieve, most of them survive on drinks especially cold ones for hours without eating.

If the doctors have accessed his foot an found it to be gangrenous and beyond salvaging hence suggesting amputation as to save his life,why then are they looking for funds to save his leg.

Na wa oh. Nigerians pls try and eat right and exercise more. Try and go for regular check up and when you are diagnosed with diabetes follow your dctrs advice stay away from pounded yam and the likes. May God help him. This happened to my aunty. She stopped taking her drugs.

ReplyDeleteSalvage a diabetic foot?. There is no other way to it than amputation else it can never heal and may continue to spread.
Save his leg from amputation ! Ignorance ! The leg has to be amputated please to save this man or give more time to live.
ReplyDeleteIf that leg has been ravaged by that diabetic sore, if there is poor circulation, it has to be cut off to save his life, to improve on his quality of life. Because the pain he is going through will kill him faster.
The next thing is sepsis.
DeleteDiabetic foot is dead and can never be salvaged. They should better amputate it before the dead cell infested with bacteria spread into the blood and cause serious problems. Diabetes causes blindness, kidney failure, linked to high risk of stroke ,sexual dysfunction. It affects almost all the organs in the body.
I'm a doctor and from what I can see in that picture, that leg will DEFINITELY be amputated! So they shd tell us the truth about what they need the money for. If it's for medical bills no problem. But if it's to save that leg from amputation, then they are lying. I'm sure their doctor must have told them already that the leg cannot be saved.
