    i don't see anything as monitoring spirit. you have an instagram account what do you expect? followers-you have a facebook account what do you expect? friends. so when you make a post and people comment it shouldn't be seen like one is being monitored. this same people will have sleepless nights when they make a post and people just scroll down or by without making comments. so there is nothing like monitoring spirit.stella i tell you most celebrities are happy being monitored.
