The governor was honoured with the title during the 2016 Igbo Cultural Day Celebration which took place at the Oluyemi Kayode Stadium, Ado-Ekiti on Saturday amidst funfair in an event that had worthy sons and daughters of the Igbos in Ekiti as well as high ranking political office holders in attendance.
Governor Fayose described Igbo people as industrious and very hard-working said his love for the Igbos remains limitless.
