      Dops, get paroxicam (its the generic name). There are several brands. It works wonders for menstrual cramp. I take two on the first day of my menses and I'm good throughout my period. But you could take one each day depending on the severity of the cramp. Thank me later.

      Menstrual cramps occur because the muscle of the uterus contracts to expel blood clots blocking the opening of the cervix (neck of the womb).So take any anti-inflammatory tablets like Cataflam,DICLOFENAC,Feldene to stop the contractions.To expel the clots blocking the cervix,push like you want to pass a big poo (faeces).This help clear the cervical os of clots.

      Simi see wahala! Just because I refused to pay in money into another person's account after being merged in MMM, my sister who registered me is no longer talking to me.       There is probably a higher incidence of inherited coagulopathies in the north e.g Factor V Leiden etc, which will probably be exacerbated by dehydration (my theory). But we will never find out because we don't even have a good primary health care system. This problem is not even a primary health care problem. So unfortunately they are doomed to continue having strokes that are wholly preventable with daily use of blood thinners. But who will pay for this daily medication when people are struggling to feed?
